Toutainville – Pont-Audemer In the heart of Normandy The Nautical Club of Toutainville is located in the beautiful area of the lakes of Toutainville - Pont- Audemer, in the heart of Normandy, near the coast of the Channel, 150 km west from Paris, between Rouen and Le Havre. Toutainville is a village of 1000 inhabitants. The “Little Norman Venice” Pont-Audemer is a small atypical city of more than 10,000 inhabitants, known as the "Little Norman Venice". This is a town that has retained this very special charm, a mix of streams, little streets, middle-class houses and Norman buildings that you discover by following the town center’s historic trail and discover its old and modern heritage: the unfinished Saint-Ouen church, the cobblestoned lace of the Place du Pot d'Etain. The Nautical Club of Toutainville is located on the edge of a lake of 30 hectares. It has
excellent facilities and the conditions for water skiing and wakeboarding are just amazing!

Intention to Enter
Deadline for submission of Intention to Enter is July 20th, 2021.
Each Federation shall submit its Intention to Enter to the Chairman of the relevant IWWF World
Council or Regional Council, the Chief Calculator and the Organizer. The Intention to Enter must
be submitted not later than 60 days before the scheduled start of the first event of the
Championships Any Federation not meeting this requirement will not be allowed to compete
until they pay a fine of €250 to the IWWF.
For each participant entered on the Intention to Enter form, the Federation must pay a deposit
of €50 to the Council’s account. This payment is only refundable is the Championships is
cancelled by decision of EC Wakeboard boat Council and Organizer. The deadline for revision
time and confirmation or cancellation is 6 weeks before the start of the event.
Entry Forms
Deadline for official Entry Forms is September 5th 2021.
Any Federation not meeting this requirement will not be allowed to compete until the
Federation pays a fine of 10€ per rider per day to the IWWF for each rider not officially entered
on time.
Flags and Anthems
Each team must bring 2 flags (format 70x100 cm) of their country for ceremonies and medals
presentation!
Official Familiarization
In order to provide a fair system where all riders have the same chance of familiarization with
the course and the boat of the event, the familiarization is official and an integral part of the
event.

Riders, through Federations, are encouraged to book their official familiarization slots according
to the event bulletin as soon as possible, in order to assure the schedule that fits them most. Time
slots will be given on a first paid, first served basis, meaning that when a Federation reserves a
slot, it will still be free until it is paid. Only paid slots are then considered booked and reserved.
Only one time slot will be available per rider, at a time that is suitable to them. Time slots are of
10 minutes, which mean 2 full passes on the course or 3 falls, whichever occurs first.
Official Familiarization will open for booking 15 days following the deadline for the intention to
enter forms. The Federation books the time slots necessary for their team and individual riders.
Once reserved, there won’t be any chance of changing the designated time slots given to the
Federation.
Riders must be ready on the dock the exact same way as for the competition. Failure to be
ready on the dock when the time slot starts will mean losing the chance of familiarizing with the
course and boat. There will be a Jetty Marshall handling the training, making sure the schedule
is respected.
No refund of payments or reallocation of schedule will be permitted due to lack of readiness
from any rider.
Price for official familiarization is 30 euros per 1 slot. 1 slot only per rider

Be aware, there is no cash machine (ATM’s) on site. The nearest machines are located 2 km
away, in the center of Pont-Audemer city.

Safety
The club sees safety as its top priority, for its members and visitors as well as for
its organizers.
Its actions in this area are numerous: annual first aid training for all supervisors,
training in the risks of practicing and securing volunteers, safety rules and pilot
charter, rescue equipment including defibrillator, hard plan, first aid kits, VHF
radio in each boat, CE vests renewed every year…
During the event
Red cross team
A team of 5 people from the Pont-Audemer Red
Cross will be present from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. every
day.
Its installation provides for a tented aid station
and 2 emergency vehicles allowing, if
necessary, to maintain a presence on the site, in
the event of the evacuation of a first person.
Federal medical doctor
The doctor of the Normandy Waterski & Wakeboard League will be present on site during the
course of the competition.
Rescue Center and Police
The Rescue Center (SDIS 27) and the Pont-Audemer gendarmerie are informed of our event
and the schedule for its development over the week.

The services reached by dialing 15 and 18 operate in conjunction, with the emergency
teams having skills, training and facilities suitable to many situations. "Firefighters" (18) are
qualified to provide first rescue and ambulance services.
The caller must :
1. State his/her name and telephone number
2. State the location where assistance is needed
3. State what happened, and if it is still happening
4. State exist any risk of fire, explosion, falls, chemical product…
5. State how many people need help, the nature and severity of injuries
6. Stay online until the operator tells you that you can hang up
Pharmacies /Chemist/Drug Store
• Pharmacies are marked by a green cross (bright when open)
• They are generally open from Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 19:30.
• Many pharmacies close between 12:00 and 14:00, although in shopping centres
and large towns, pharmacies will stay open non-stop.
• At least one local pharmacy will be open on Sundays. Details of and schedule for
this "duty pharmacy" (in French : “pharmacie de garde”) can be found in every
