Yellow Express Logistics Ltd is a public limited company incorporated under the companies Act of 2013 and engaged in
the business of taking new Volkswagen vehicles for lease from any person who will be the registered owner of the vehicle
and attaching the same to the major online cab operators in India along with subleasing vehicles to one of its associate
entities which is engaged in the marketing and promotion of digital activities.

Volkswagen car in their own name and give the same to Yellow Express Logistics Ltd for a lease period of four years to get
a five figure monthly income for the entire loan and lease period of 4 years, after all expenses of driver, diesel, repairs,
accidental expenses, any other unexpected or expected expenses and even the monthly EMI of the vehicle.
The company will be responsible for appointing drivers and meeting all expenses out of the unexpected incidents and
accidents which occur during the lease period of four years and the latter will also be responsible to buy back the vehicle
after the lease period of four years at a market price which will not be less than Rs.2.50 lakhs. The leasing project of yellow
Express will be subject to the terms and conditions of a lease agreement entered in between the registered owner of the
vehicle who is the investor and the company.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

COMBO CUSTOMER
An investor can become a combo customer by booking two vehicles at a time which can be in his own name or by any
person referred by him. In this case the refundable security deposit will be the same but an extra amount of Rs.50 000 Zwill
be given for each vehicle after the lease period of four years. The booking amount can also be given as two separate

payments from different customers but at the same time. Moreover a combo customer has to introduce one person only

YELLOW FINANCE & EARNINGS
Yellow Finance and Earnings will be arranging finance to the customers and in some cases providing finance to the latter,
who has purchased Special Edition Yellow Express vehicles of Volkswagen, for giving the same as lease according to the
terms and conditions of a lease agreement between Yellow Express Logistics Ltd and the customer who is the investor.
So the registered owner of the vehicle will be free from running after loan for his vehicle from bank to bank, where the
finance company will be liable to arrange the loan if proper documents are given by the registered owner of the vehicle.
LOANS ARRANGED BY YELLOW EXPRESS
All the customers who have paid the interest free refundable security deposit will be free from the hurdles of running after
several banks to get loans for the invested vehicles. In this case the responsibility of arranging loans will be undertaken by
the company and the investor will also be free from paying the processing fees for loans and also free from paying the
entire maintenance cost for the lease period of four years.
Normally the bank managers will be hesitant to give a loan for the taxi segment because of the previous defaults in
repayment by most of the owner cum drivers who diverts their collections and income for other priorities. Moreover an
accident may affect his monthly payments, a small health problem may affect his trips, temptation to use the vehicle for
personal use will affect his trips and above all his low profile nature will make him run away from the burden of paying the
monthly installments to the bank. So most of the banks have made a decision to stop giving vehicle loans for taxi segment

YELLOW EXPRESS AS GUARANTOR
In the case of investors who have paid the interest free refundable security deposit, the company will be responsible for
arranging loans for the invested vehicles and will also be a guarantor for the loans taken in the name of the customer
because he is the registered owner of the vehicle. Loans can be taken in the name of the registered owner only. So the
company by becoming the guarantor of the loan makes the investor more confident and happy that the loans will be
repayed by the company by standing as guarantor. Moreover the leased vehicle is also in the name of the investor and the
company being the guarantor for loans of the leased vehicle, the investor enjoys a risk free investment like a bank deposit.
YELLOW EXPRESS CONCEPT
More than a lakh of vehicles are attached to the major Online cab operators in Bangalore and in fact more than 25 lakhs in
India without the involvement of Yellow Express. So the concept of yellow Express is not a new one but the only difference
is that the investor or the owner of the Online cabs already attached to the major online companies will be running behind
the hurdles of driver diesel repairs, accidents, daily collections, service of the vehicle, depreciation of the vehicle and so on.
But here in Yellow Express the investor of a vehicle will be free from all the above burdens of running a taxi process
because the vehicles are not directly attached by the investor to the major Online cab operators but instead yellow Express
will be attaching directly to these cab companies by appointing drivers and taking the responsibility of the entire process.
This makes the investor free from all the hurdles and a fixed monthly payment will also be given to the investor of a cab all
throughout the lease period of four years, irrespective of the daily collections or income earned by the company. This will
be equal to a bank investment as far as the registered owner or the investor of the vehicle is concerned.

In the case of investors who have paid the interest free refundable security deposit they will be free from paying any
processing fees charged for arranging loans from the leading financial institutions in India. Normally there will be two
percentage charged with additional GST which changes from bank to bank but here as a down payment customer, the
latter will be free from paying processing fees for loans. Moreover Yellow Express Logistics will be the guarantor of these
loans also. More than the processing fees amount the investor will be free from the hurdles of going to bank frequently as
in normal cases where loans are released in the most difficult manner, specially for the common man.
Here the investor need not be worried or concerned about the interest for the loans also, because the responsibility of

repayment is vested with the company. But whatever may be situation the loans will be taken in the lowest possible rate
which will otherwise be a burden to the company who is repaying the loan.
FREE FROM MAINTENANCE COST.
Normally the biggest expense in the operations of a taxi cab will be the service and maintenance cost which in normal
cases will be not less than Rs.10 000/- for a minimum of 15 000 kilometers which means for every two months the
customer has to spend this amount as service cost for maintaining the vehicle in the most perfect condition for running a
cab. Normally a taxi cab which operates for two shifts, runs a minimum of 7500 kilometers in a month which means for
the lease period of four years the vehicle will run at a minimum of 2 lakh kilometers and even more. So there will be a
minimum cost of Rs.2 lakh as maintenance cost for the entire lease period.
But here in Yellow Express the investor will be free from paying the maintenance cost for the entire lease period of four
years.

monitors, Swiping machine, speed governor and the extra special color which really makes the difference by the most
attractive look and also for the common man to identify the vehicles much easier, even from a considerable distance.
FREEDOM OF REGISTERED OWNER
The investor who is the registered owner of the vehicle has the freedom to cancel the lease agreement anytime and take
back the vehicle after closing the finance of the vehicle and getting a no objection certificate from the finance company
that the finance for the particular vehicle is closed. Some of the investors may feel that they can get more income from
sources like self driven cars and also by running a taxi process with the help of an experienced hand as manager because
the amount which we give is constant and there will not be any change till the lease period is over.
The registered owner of the vehicle has to give a one month notice for the same and all the formalities will be completed
within this period of 30 days. But in any situations the company will not cancel the lease agreement and the refundable
securiy deposit will be refunded to the customer after completing the lease period of four years only. The vehicles once
taken out in between will not be taken back again by the company.

HISTORY OF UBER
Uber was founded in 2009 as UberCab by Garrett Camp, a computer programmer and the co founders of StumbleUpon and
Travis Kalanick, who had sold his Red Swoosh startup. On New Year's Eve, after Camp and his friends spent for hiring a
private driver, Camp wanted to find a way to reduce the cost of direct transportation. He realized that sharing the cost with
people could make it affordable and his idea morphed into Uber. Kalanick joined Camp and gives him full credit for the idea
of Uber. The first prototype was built by Camp and his friends Oscar Salazar and Conrad Whelan with Kalanick being
brought on as a mega advisor to the company.
Following a beta launch, Uber's services and mobile app officially launched in San Francisco. Originally, the application only
allowed users to hail a black luxury car and the price was 1.5 times that of a taxi. Ryan Graves became the first Uber
employee, getting the job by responding to a tweet from Kalanick announcing the job opening.

LEASING OPTIONS
Toyota made an undisclosed investment in Uber and looked into leasing options which could potentially aid Uber drivers
financially a move in response to the other partnerships between Toyota's and Uber's counterparts. Plans to expand in the
Middle East Uber received billions from the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia. In July that same year, Uber raised
billions in debt financing.
Uber announced the merger its services in Southeast Asia with those of Grab in exchange for a ownership stake in Grab.
