Parent Registration System Please follow the instructions below to create an account for your family in our registration portal, ELEYO (pronounced L.E.O.) 6. The following information applies to all enrichment programs: • PLEASE NOTE: Enrichment course fees paid by credit card will be charged on the first day of class for each session. • Classes will not meet on Early Release Days or Holidays (1/24 - 1/28, 2/15, 2/21, 3/14 - 3/18, 4/5, 4/15). • Early enrollment is advised–classes have limited space available. • Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment. The Community Education Enrichment office will contact you one business day prior to the start date if a class has been canceled. • Pick-up must be promptly at the published end time. A late pick-up fee of $2 per minute will be assessed starting 10 minutes after dismissal. If a child is picked up late on a third occasion, a late pick-up fee of $5 per minute will be assessed and the child will be dropped from the program with no IMPORTANT ENRICHMENT INFORMATION refund given. • Parents should send a note to the homeroom teacher and Mascott staff (if applicable) advising that their child will be attending an enrichment class. • There will not be a school nurse on staff after school. • Enrichment classes are planned for group instruction. Please contact Community Education if your child requires specific accommodations. • Children enrolled in Mascot Clubs should go straight to their Enrichment class and will then be escorted to Mascot Clubs. • All outdoor enrichment classes will run indoors on rainy days. • If for any reason, there is a COVID related school closure, all enrichment courses will be moved to an online platform to fulfll class meetings. • Children must follow all school and district behavior expectations and policies. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from class without a refund. R E F U N D P O L I C Y You are enrolled in the class you register for upon receipt of payment. Refunds are available until the start of the session and include a $25.00 processing fee. A full refund and notification will be given only if the class is canceled. Refunds are not available after the class has begun. 3

School year Mascot Camp is for students enrolled in preschool (4 years old only) through Grade 6. 2. You must register and pay for Camp Days in advance. Failure to do so may exclude your child(ren) from camp. Sign up early as space is limited. 3. New and Current Mascot families may register online at pvschools.net/childcare or by phone at (602) 449-2200. New families will be required to complete registration paperwork and deliver to Community Education at 15032 N. 32nd St., Phoenix, AZ 85032 before services are rendered. 4. CONTACT Mascot Clubs CHILDCARE (602) 449-2207 Before and Afterschool Childcare Mascot Club is a fee-based childcare option available at 20 elementary schools designed to provide opportunities for VISIT OUR WEBSITE children to learn and play. Activities are aligned with Arizona pvschools.net/childcare Quality Standards for Out-of-School Time Programs. Trained and caring staf supervise children as they participate in a LOCATIONS variety of activities designed to meet their special interests and Boulder Creek needs. Cactus View Mascot Club operates Monday through Friday. Morning hours Copper Canyon are from 6:30 a.m. until 30 minutes prior to the start of school. Desert Cove Afternoon hours are from school dismissal until 6:30 p.m. Desert Shadows Transportation to and from each program is the responsibility of the parent. Mascot Camps are also available on select Desert Springs Preparatory holidays, recess days, and during the summer. Please see page Desert Trails 25 for details. Fireside Hidden Hills Important Registration Information Liberty Please note that there are a limited number of spaces available Mercury Mine at each site based on licensed capacity and available staf. North Ranch Programs fll quickly and are stafed to ratio per Arizona Pinnacle Peak Preparatory Department of Health Services (ADHS) standards. Once sites reach capacity, a limited number of families will be placed on Quail Run a pending waitlist. Removal from the waitlist takes place on a Sandpiper rolling basis throughout the year as space becomes available. Sky Crossing It is important to note that registration must be completed Sonoran Sky on an annual basis with returning families provided an early Sunset Canyon registration window. Whispering Wind Academy Wildfire Target Audience Mascot Clubs are available for children enrolled in preschool through Grade 6. All children must meet the age requirements of the program for which they enroll by August 31st of the current academic year (except Gifted Preschool students). 4. This successful program provides our littlest learners strong literacy and math skills that will VISIT OUR WEBSITE prepare them for their kindergarten experience. Attending pvschools.net/preschool this preschool program will give your child the readiness skills to be successful for kindergarten. These full day classes meet LOCATIONS Monday through Friday and follow the district's academic Eagle Ridge calendar.
