General Conditions of Purchase
1. Purchaser & consignee Information
Please ensure that all data required including information on address and telephone number of consign-
ee stated in the Order (purchaser and consignee) is complete and correct.

2. Order & delivery Schedule
Order will be processed upon receipt of payment confirmation, if the confirmation exceeds the
prescribed time limit, we will process the order at the re-scheduled delivery/pick-up.

3. Same day pick up
Order for same day pick-up may be processed at the earliest of 1 (one) up to 2 (two) hours after the
payment (during Festive Season, at the earliest of 3 (three) hours after the payment).

4. Delivery & pick-up by third party
Any damage/degradation of product while in delivery/pick-up by third party shall not be the responsibili-
ty of Ann’s Bakehouse & Creamery.

5. Change in order detail
Change in order detail is permitted D-2 before the delivery date upon confirmation of such change with
our Customer Service. *Change in order detail shall not apply during festive Eid Ul-Fitr or Christmas high
season.

6. Ann’s Bakehouse 15 minutes courier waiting time
Ann's Bakehouse puts in place the policy of courier waiting time for 15 (fifteen) minutes at the consignee
address location to ensure that the product ordered is properly received. Courier waiting time includes
re-confirmation of delivery address to the party concerned. If the purchased product is not taken after
courier waiting time of 15 (fifteen) minutes, Courier will leave the delivery address location and retake
the product order and product will be considered as undelivered items.
We will inform this to the purchaser.

7. Undelivered items
Ann's Bakehouse ensures that all purchased products will be delivered on the prescribed schedule and
to the delivery address confirmed by the purchaser. We are not liable for product degradation and
damage as a result of delivery failure due to incorrect information on delivery address of the purchaser,
or consignee is not present at the location and/or no individual receives the product at the scheduled
courier waiting time and the product will need to be retaken.

8. Terms and Conditions Of undelivered items (Regular Season)
- Undelivered items may be re-delivered or picked-up directly from our store.
- Purchaser confirms to us whether the purchased products be re-delivered or directly collected by the
purchaser. We will store the undelivered items up to maximum of 1 x 24 hours.
- Re-delivery may be carried out D+1 from the previous schedule and will be subject to delivery charge
as per delivery address confirmed by the purchaser.
- Undelivered items may be picked-up during store operating hours (purchaser must first confirm to
Customer Service).
- Additional packaging fee will be required in the case of damage to the product packaging while being
returned (wet/torn).
- undelivered items not confirmed by the purchaser within 1 x 24 hours will be deemed as waste product
and will be dealt with in accordance with our policy.

9. Terms and Conditions OF undelivered items (Festive Season: H-14 Eid and Christmas)
- Re-delivery of undelivered items CANNOT be made during festive season.
- Undelivered items may only be taken at our store; Ann’s Bakehouse & Creamery Sambas. Purchaser
shall confirm pick-up time to us. We will store undelivered items up to maximum of 1 x 24 hours.
- Change/cancellation of order processed cannot be made during festive season.
- Purchaser will be subject to handling fee in the amount of IDR100.000, for undelivered items due to
incorrect information on address supplied by the purchaser and/or no individual receives the product at
the said address after courier waiting time, as a compensation for the storage, repair and re-finishing
fee, replacement of packaging, and courier handling.
- Undelivered items pick-up by the purchaser may be made upon payment of handling fee (payment
may be made by means of virtual account transfer or direct payment at our store).
-    Undelivered items not confirmed by the purchaser within 1 x 24 hours will be deemed as waste
product and will dealt within our discretion.

10. Order Cancellation
Order Cancellation cannot be made after we receive the payment. (order may be re-scheduled with
confirmation H-2 before the delivery date).
11. Complaint
Ann's Bakehouse is highly committed to quality of product and customer satisfaction. All complaints to
our products and services may be brought to us no later than 1 x 24 hours after receiving by enclosing the
proof of purchase and photo/video of product as supporting proof to our customer service at
anns@annsbakehouse.com and Whatsapp Customer Service at +62 811-114-960.

12. Return and exchange
Product may be returned and exchanged in the case of fault or defect due to our fault. Return and
exchange of product only applies for 1 x 24 hours after receiving by enclosing the proof of purchase,
photo/video and product must be returned in intact condition as received.
We do not accept return and exchange of damaged product as a result of customer or third party’s fault
and/or commission.

13. Product handling
Some of our products require special handling when received so as to maintain their quality. Please
immediately store the products in the refrigerator after receiving.

14. Product
All products at the Ann’s Bakehouse are produced handmade which might cause the finished product
not to appear 100% identical as displayed in the photo.

15. Delivery by logistic service (in and out of town)
- Delivery by express service may only apply to the following products: Honey Cake, Lapis Legit, Ann’s
Brownies (for product size 20 x 10 and 20 x 20), Cookies, Hampers and Gift Set.
- Delivery by express service will be subject to additional packaging fee.
- If you wish to deliver the order enclosed with personal greeting card, such personal greeting card
must have been supplied to us no later than 2 (two) days before the delivery date.
- Payment is to be made no later than 5 (five) days before the receipt date.
- Delivery is to be made at the earliest of 2 (two) days after the payment, with estimated arrival of 2
(two) up to 4 (four) days after delivery date.
- Delivery of more than 1 (one) package of product will be calculated with different packaging and
delivery fee per package.
- Delivery to some different addresses/locations might result in different arrival time.
- Ahead of Festive Season, delay in delivery by express service may occur.
- Ann’s Bakehouse & Creamery at all times performs pre-packaging check and gives priority to safety
of product in the packaging process. The products to be delivered out of town are packed in compliance
with the standards set by the express service company using double wall box, bubble wrap/styrofoam/
polyethylene foam to minimize free space which may cause to product to move, and information that the
packaging contains food, fragile products. However, during the delivery of product, Ann’s Bakehouse &
Creamery has no control over same. In such case, we cannot guarantee that the product(s) will be
received in perfect condition, especially fragile cookies. We are liable for the products received in
non-consumable condition consumer (molded or crushed into powder).

16. Force majeure
We will promptly inform and re-deliver the customer’s pending or undelivered order caused by natural
disaster and other force majeure events (force majeure).
Ketentuan Umum Pemesanan
1. Informasi pemesan & penerima
Mohon pemesan memastikan bahwa semua data yang diperlukan termasuk informasi alamat penerima dan
nomor telepon pada pemesanan (pemesan dan penerima) sudah lengkap dan benar.

2. Jadwal pemesanan & pengiriman
Pesanan akan diproses setelah konfirmasi pembayaran kami terima, jika konfirmasi pembayaran melewati batas
pembayaran yang telah kami tentukan, maka pesanan akan kami proses di jadwal pengiriman/pengambilan
yang akan disesuaikan kembali.

3. Same day pick up
Pemesanan untuk pengambilan di hari yang sama (same day) dapat diproses paling cepat 1 (satu) sampai 2
(dua) jam setelah pembayaran (saat Festive Season proses paling cepat adalah 3 (tiga) jam setelah pemba-
yaran).

4. Pengiriman & penjemputan menggunakan pihak ke-3 Segala kerusakan produk/penurunan kualitas produk
yang terjadi saat pengiriman/penjemputan dengan menggunakan pihak ketiga adalah di luar tanggung jawab
pihak Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery.

5. Perubahan detail pesanan
Perubahan detail pesanan diperkenankan di H-2 sebelum tanggal pengiriman dengan mengonfirmasikan
perubahan pada Customer Service kami. *Perubahan detail pesanan tidak berlaku selama high season festive
Lebaran maupun Natal.

6. 15 menit waktu tunggu kurir Ann’s Bakehouse
Ann's Bakehouse memiliki kebijakan waktu tunggu kurir selama 15 (lima belas) menit di lokasi alamat penerima
untuk memastikan agar produk pesanan diterima dengan baik. Waktu tunggu kurir termasuk mengkonfirmasi
kembali alamat tujuan kepada pihak terkait. Jika
setelah waktu tunggu kurir 15 (lima belas) menit produk pesanan tidak ada yang bisa menerima, maka Kurir
akan meninggalkan lokasi alamat pengiriman serta membawa kembali produk pesanan tersebut dan produk
tersebut dinyatakan sebagai produk gagal kirim.
Kami akan menginformasikan hal tersebut kepada pemesan.

7. Produk gagal kirim
Ann's Bakehouse memastikan semua produk pesanan dikirim sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan ke
alamat pengiriman yang sudah dikonfirmasi oleh pemesan. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab apabila terjadi
penurunan kualitas dan kerusakan produk akibat produk gagal kirim yang disebabkan kesalahan informasi
alamat pengiriman dari pemesan, maupun penerima tidak di tempat dan/atau tidak ada yang dapat menerima
produk dalam waktu tunggu kurir yang telah ditentukan sehingga mengakibatkan produk pesanan harus
dibawa kembali.

8. S&K produk gagal kirim (Regular Season)
- Produk gagal kirim dapat dikirim ulang maupun pengambilan langsung di toko kami.
- Pemesan mengkonfirmasi kepada kami apakah produk pesanan akan dikirim ulang atau diambil langsung oleh
pemesan. Kami akan menyimpan produk gagal kirim maksimal 1 x 24 jam.
- Pengiriman ulang dapat dilakukan H+1 dari jadwal pengiriman sebelumnya dan dikenakan biaya pengiriman
ulang sesuai alamat pengiriman yang telah dikonfirmasi oleh pemesan.
- Pengambilan produk gagal kirim dapat diambil pada jam operasional toko kami (pemesan wajib melakukan
konfirmasi terlebih dahulu pada Customer Service).
- Biaya kemasan tambahan diperlukan jika kondisi kemasan produk pada saat kembali rusak (basah/robek).
- Produk gagal kirim yang tidak mendapatkan konfirmasi dari pemesan dalam waktu 1 x 24 jam akan kami
anggap sebagai produk sia-sia dan akan kami kelola sesuai dengan kebijakan kami.

9. S&K produk gagal kirim (Festive Season: H-14 Lebaran dan Natal)
- Pengiriman ulang produk gagal kirim TIDAK dapat dilakukan selama festive season berlangsung.
- Produk gagal kirim hanya dapat diambil di toko kami; Ann’s Bakehouse & Creamery Sambas. Pemesan wajib
mengkonfirmasi waktu pengambilan kepada kami. Kami akan menyimpan produk gagal kirim maksimal 1 x 24
jam.
- Perubahan/pembatalan pesanan yang telah terproses tidak bisa dilakukan selama festive season
berlangsung.
- Pemesan akan dikenakan biaya penanganan sebesar Rp100.000, untuk produk gagal kirim akibat kesalahan
informasi alamat yang diberikan oleh pemesan dan/atau tidak ada pihak yang menerima pesanan di alamat
tersebut setelah waktu tunggu kurir, sebagai kompensasi biaya penyimpanan, perbaikan dan re-finishing produk,
pergantian kemasan, dan penanganan kurir.
- Pengambilan produk gagal kirim oleh pemesan dapat dilakukan jika pembayaran biaya penanganan sudah
dilakukan (pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui transfer virtual account atau pembayaran langsung di toko kami).
- Produk gagal kirim yang tidak mendapatkan konfirmasi dari pemesan dalam waktu 1 x 24 Jam akan kami anggap
sebagai produk sia-sia dan akan kami kelola sesuai dengan kebijakan kami.

10. Pembatalan pesanan
Pembatalan pesanan tidak dapat dilakukan jika transaksi pembayaran telah kami terima. (pesanan memungkinkan
untuk dilakukan penjadwalan ulang dengan konfirmasi H-2 sebelum tanggal pengiriman).

11. Keluhan
Ann's Bakehouse berkomitmen tinggi atas kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan. Apabila ada keluhan atas
produk dan pelayanan, keluhan dapat disampaikan kepada kami paling lambat 1 x 24 jam setelah produk diterima
dengan menyertakan bukti pembelian
dan foto/video produk sebagai bukti pendukung kepada layanan pelanggan kami di anns@annsbakehouse.com
dan Whatsapp Customer Service di +62 811-114-960.

12. Pengembalian dan penukaran produk
Pengembalian dan penukaran produk diperkenankan jika terdapat kesalahan atau cacat produk karena kesalahan
kami. Pengembalian dan penukaran produk hanya berlaku 1 x 24 jam setelah produk diterima dengan menyertakan
bukti pembelian, bukti berupa foto/video produk dan produk dikembalikan dalam keadaan utuh seperti saat
diterima.
Kami tidak menerima pengembalian dan penukaran produk rusak yang diakibatkan kesalahan/kelalaian pelanggan
atau pihak ketiga.

13. Penanganan produk
Beberapa produk kami memerlukan penanganan khusus saat diterima agar kualitas produk tetap terjaga. Mohon
segera menyimpan produk cake ke dalam lemari pendingin setelah produk diterima.

14. Produk
Seluruh produk di Ann’s Bakehouse dibuat secara handmade yang dapat memungkinkan hasil jadi produk tidak
100% sama dengan tampilan pada foto produk.

15. Pengiriman dengan ekspedisi (dalam dan luar kota)
- Pengiriman menggunakan jasa ekspedisi hanya dapat berlaku untuk produk-produk sebagai berikut : Honey Cake,
Lapis Legit, Ann’s Brownies (untuk ukuran 20 x 10 dan 20 x 20), Cookies, Hampers dan Gift Set.
- Pengiriman menggunakan ekspedisi memerlukan tambahan biaya kemas.
- Jika pesanan ingin dikirim bersamaan dengan kartu ucapan pribadi, kartu ucapan pribadi tersebut harus kami
terima paling lambat 2 (dua) hari sebelum tanggal pengiriman.
- Pembayaran dilakukan paling lambat 5 (lima) hari sebelum tanggal penerimaan.
- Pengiriman dilakukan paling cepat 2 (dua) hari setelah pembayaran, dengan estimasi pesanan akan diterima
dalam 2 (dua) sampai 4 (empat) hari setelah tanggal pengiriman.
- Pengiriman lebih dari 1 (satu) paket produk akan dihitung dengan biaya kemas dan pengiriman berbeda tiap
paket.
- Pengiriman dengan beberapa alamat/resi berbeda berpotensi pesanan tidak sampai dalam waktu yang
bersamaan.
- Saat menjelang hari raya (Festive Season), akan ada kemungkinan terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman dari pihak
ekspedisi.
- Ann’s Bakehouse & Creamery telah melakukan pemeriksaan sebelum pengemasan dan mengutamakan
keamanan produk dalam proses pengemasan. Produk yang kami kirim ke luar kota dikemas sesuai dengan standar
pengiriman dari ekspedisi, yaitu dengan box double wall, penggunaan bubble wrap/styrofoam/polyethylene foam
untuk meminimalisir ruang hampa yang mengakibatkan produk bergerak, dan keterangan bahwa produk adalah
makanan, mudah pecah/rusak (fragile). Namun, pada saat produk dalam proses ekspedisi, Ann’s Bakehouse &
Creamery sudah tidak memiliki kendali untuk hal tersebut. Untuk itu, kami tidak dapat memberikan jaminan produk
diterima dalam keadaan sempurna, terutama kue kering yang rentan. Kami akan bertanggung jawab apabila
produk diterima dalam keadaan tidak layak konsumsi (berjamur atau hancur menjadi bubuk).

16. Kejadian tidak terduga
Kami bertanggung jawab untuk menginformasikan dan mengirimkan kembali pesanan pelanggan yang tertunda
atau tidak dapat dikirimkan yang diakibatkan oleh bencana alam dan kejadian tidak terduga lainnya (force majeure).
