Rental Information Jeffrey Mansion Rentals Shelter House Rentals Info And Notes We offer two rental spaces at Jeffrey Mansion. The Jeffrey Memorial Shelter House (165 N. Parkview Ave.) House is located on the 1st floor and the Carriage Court is Capacity: 100 located on the lower level. Block Party Activity Kit (BPAK) Jeffrey Mansion Preferred Caterers Funded by the Bexley Community Foundation, the BPAK is a trailer full of supplies any Bexley neighborhood street would need to hold a successful BLOCK PARTY! The BPAK is available for rental any day of the week by a Bexley resident, Bexley school group, or Bexley community group and must be used within Bexley city limits.
