General Hosting Tips

We’re excited to help you host a Tryazon party! Whether you’re an experienced
host or giving this a try for the first time, we’re confident you can be successful
and have a fun time showing off great products, while enjoying the time with
your guests.

In an effort to help you, we’ve put together this guide and the following tips for
you to review as you prepare for and carry out your party:

      Take time to learn about Bestway®. Read through Getting to Know
       Bestway® (pg.5). Become familiar with their pool and how to set up
       beforehand.

      Plan ahead when filling your pool with water. It can take time if you are
       filling it with a garden hose (approx. 20 hours). Or you can arrange for a
       water truck to fill it up. Pools MUST be on level ground. Otherwise the pool
       might leak/burst. Want your pool water warm? Use black garbage bags!

      Make sure to check the weather before the party. If you notice the
       weather is better a week or so before the party dates, you are welcome
       to host then. If you are in a colder climate, plan for a Polar Plunge party
       and host it in the cold.

      Review Tryazon Great Host Tips to help you in successfully fulfilling the
       party requirements and thus be more likely to be chosen again for future
       opportunities.

      This is a great opportunity to mingle with friends and family members. It’s
       also an outstanding way to get to know your neighbors.

      You can make this party a creative affair by including fun decorations to
       match the party theme.

      If it helps you feel more comfortable, practice going through the entire
       party and planned demonstration by yourself or with family members. Use
       the Suggested Party Schedule in this guide to help you prepare and feel
       free to make modifications as desired.

Product Highlights

Swim Vista Series™ Pool

The Coleman® Power Steel™ Swim Vista Series™ II is the second generation of
the first ever pool with built-in portholes! Back and better than ever, the Swim
Vista Series offers a truly unique pool experience.

Swim Vista Portholes:
With reinforced, fortified portholes built into the sides of the pool, swimmers can
wave and make silly faces as they paddle by. These windows also allow parents
to easily keep an eye on the kids as they dip through the water. Each porthole
has been enhanced and strengthened for a tighter, leak-free seal that will last
year after year.

Durable Construction:
The Coleman Above Ground Pool doesn’t require any tools to set up, and it’s
built to last. The corrosion and rust resistant steel frame is equipped with our Seal
& Lock System™ for a sturdy, secure and simple frame connection. The liner is
made from our ultra-durable, puncture-resistant Tritech™ material, which
provides a strong and sturdy pool. The Swim Vista II also features a natural-
looking rattan wicker print, making it a beautiful addition to any backyard.

Additional Features:
This above ground pool set also comes stocked with a filter pump to keep water
sparkling clean. Also included is a safety ladder that can easily be secured in
the upward position to keep kids from entering the pool unsupervised, and a
pool cover to keep debris and dirt from getting into the water while the pool
isn’t in use.

Suggested Party Schedule

Greet and Mingle

Mingle with guests as they arrive. You may want to consider having a few
preliminary snacks or drinks set out for guests to have while they are waiting for
things to start.

When everyone arrives, consider introducing each attendee to the group or
having each go around and introduce themselves.

Introduction

    Introduce Tryazon

       o You could mention that this is a Featured Party opportunity from
         Tryazon (pronounced Try-uh-zon ). There are 49 similar parties taking
         place this weekend within the US. Tryazon is a service dedicated to
         getting innovative products into people’s hands and mouths, in fun
         settings like this. They offer excellent product samples and savings for
         all who participate.

    Introduce Bestway®

       o Use the information in the Getting to Know Bestway® (pg. 5) to
         introduce the company and pool.

Demonstration

Explain that Bestway currently offers over 1,000 products including above
ground pools, portable spas, recreational products, sporting goods and
camping products. They create fun, lasting experiences for everyone! Join the
fun!

Along with your own review, please encourage your guests leave a review too.
They will have to submit the review on separate devices, most likely mobile. You
cannot share a laptop/same device.

Party Planning Checklist

Pre-Party Planning (1-2 weeks before party)
   Decide on an exact date and time for your Bestway® Spring into the Pool
    Party (estimate 1-2 hours for demonstration and activities).

   Create a party invitation. Here are some websites you can use to send
    free invitations:

   Send out party invitations about 1-2 weeks in advance and encourage

Week of Party
   Decide where you are going to set up your Bestway® pool outside.
    Become familiar on how to set it up.

   Consider everything you will need for your party including decorations (if
    desired). Put together a shopping list for anything needed that you do not
    have and pick up these items.

   Consider asking one or two select guests to be your party helpers and
    coordinate your scheduling with them. Divvy out responsibilities as
    needed.

Day of Party
   Set up your demonstration/presentation area along with enough seating
    for all of your guests.

   Prepare any other extra items you plan to have at your party (food items,
    drinks, plates, bowls, decorations, etc.)

   Print off hashtags from the following page to display at party so that
    guests can join in on the social posting also, using these!

   Be sure to place a laptop or tablet for video demonstrations and to allow
    guests to make purchases online.

   Make sure you have your camera ready to go so you can take fun
    pictures of the event!

After the Party
   Post about Bestway® and your party experience through your social
    media channels and blog (if you have one). Remember to use the
    hashtags: #Bestway, #BestwaySpringSwim and #tryazon and to tag
    @bestway_US (Instagram) and @BestwayUS (Facebook).
