EFS Mod Update –Developmental Screening
OEL recently emailed all SR providers to share information regarding new functionality in the statewide
Provider Portal - Completion of Child Developmental Screening Questionnaires Online.

• There will now be an option for families to complete their child’s
developmental screening questionnaires online once the child’s enrollment
  is complete in EFS Mod.
• Families will have five days to complete the screening or defer to the
  provider.
• On the statewide Provider Portal, you will have access to a new “Preschool
Development > Developmental Screening” menu item. Screenings assigned
to you for completion as the responsible party are listed in the incomplete
work queue. Screening records for enrolled children are available via the
  Search page.
• The screening questionnaires have not changed.
• ELCNWF will provide additional guidance on updated procedures as
needed once we have been able to evaluate the system's functionality and
  impact for annual screenings.

2021 Provider Update
                                        January 1- May 31, 2021

The annual Child Care Resource and Referral provider update is an important time for child care
providers statewide to ensure their information is current within the Provider Portal. Even if your
information has not changed, you will need to perform some action in your profile to be counted in
    the update.

When you participate in the Annual Provider Update, our CCR&R staff can:

• Inform communities about child care and the cost of care.
• Offer accurate customized child care listings based on the needs of families.
• Provide a FREE marketing tool for ALL legally operating child care providers in Florida.

Bonus Info: Your profile must be in ACTIVE status in order to be included when CCR&R staff are
generating custom child care listings for families.
For the 2021-2022 Program Year, the Certificates of Insurance should list
the Early Learning Coalition listed as an Additional Insured/Certificate
Holder and reflect the change of our mailing address as:
