SEALED Bids will be received for a Dual fuel 45-50kW backup generator, associated
appurtenances, delivery and installation funded by the State of OK EMPG-2021-ARPA-1
project allocated for the C-Doppler Weather Radar System in Durant, OK.
The SEALED Bids will be received by City of Durant, City Clerk, Room # 103 at 300 West
Evergreen, Durant, OK until 2:00 PM local time on Friday, May 6,2022. Following
receipt, the SEALED bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Durant City Hall
Conference Room, 300 West Evergreen St., Durant, OK.
Beginning Apnl 27 , Specifications and Vendor requirements may be downloaded from
the City's website at https://www.durant.org/bids.aspx or requested by contacting

Bid proposals will only be accepted as a SEALED Bid and labeled as instructed in the

All EMPG-2021-ARPA-1 project contractors are required to have:
1. Current Unique Entity ldentitier (UEl) number.
2. Proof of Current SAM.gov registration at www.sam.gov OR provide a Letter on company letterhead certifying
Self-Declararation stating the Vendor has no outstandinB debarment issues to be excluded or disqualified from
receiving a Federal contract award.
This certification is required per 2 CFR S 180.300 regulations relating to Debarment and Suspension
1) The prospective primary participant certifies to the best of its knowledge and belief, that it and its principals
Are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from
covered transactions by any Federal department or agency;
