Waiting time at CPH Express – January 2018 There were 3 days in January with waiting times more than 5 minutes (KPI 99%) Thursday 01-02-18: (KPI 98.7%) Friday 02-02-18: (KPI 97.9%) Sathurday 03-02-18: (KPI 95.4%) Due to the recent relocation of advanced bording west, we have experienced a few days with challenges with the CPH Express passenger flow. This is caused by lack of signage and a procedure for the usage of more than one express track. This work is underway, and we therefore expect that this challenge is solved this week. 29
