Central visualization of all building functions allows the front desk to intervene at any time, for example, to adjust the temperature or use the central power-off feature to turn off all devices or electrical outlets in a specific area at the press of a button. This not only saves energy but prevents potential damage caused by unattended electrical devices. In addition, presence and motion detectors as well as push-button sensors can report the activities of residents to the front desk. In an emergency, this identifies the location where a hazard exists, allowing personnel to respond quickly and appropriately.
