ITINERARY Your Journey THURSDAY 9TH MAY 2019 SATURDAY 11TH MAY 2019 ARRIVE GLASGOW GLASGOW – ISLE OF MULL We start the tour with a Pre-Tour Welcome Dinner and After breakfast we depart Glasgow and make our way overnight accommodation in Glasgow. through the beautiful scenery and mountains of Scotland towards the Isle of Mull in preparation for our coming days on HOTEL: The Hilton Hotel, Glasgow Iona. We will stop on the way at Kilmartin Museum and Gardens, FRIDAY 10TH MAY 2019 located around 2 hours out of Glasgow. Here we will explore GLASGOW the artefacts in the museum with a guided tour (lunch available in the café at own expense). Our first day will start with an introduction to Celtic Spirituality We will then continue our journey towards Oban where we with John and Olive Drane. HOTEL: Ramside Hall Hotel, Durham WEDNESDAY 15TH MAY 2019 THURSDAY 16TH MAY 2019 EDINBURGH - LINDISFARNE - DURHAM DURHAM After breakfast we’ll make our way by bus to the City of Durham. After breakfast, we’ll depart Edinburgh for our bus trip to We arrive mid-morning for a visit to Durham Cathedral. Here we have a guided walk of the city and the magnificent sites Breakfast and checkout of St Brigid and her work including St Brigid Cathedral. St Brigid was founder of a number of Monasteries and was influential to many people at this time across Ireland, working closely alongside St Patrick. There will be free time in the afternoon to explore Kildare before making our way back to Dublin. Tonight is free to go and have leisure time and dinner at your choice of restaurant (at own expense).
