The institution and its faculty continue to grow and flourish in the critical areas of research, education, and innovation. As professionals, it’s important to not become complacent with our knowledge base or surgical techniques. HSS Alumni Association at the 2018 AAOS Annual Meeting In the heart of the New Orleans French Quarter, the historic Hotel Monteleone provided the ideal location for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) 2018 Alumni Reception. More than 225 alumni gathered there on March 9 to enjoy traditional creole cuisine and spirits. In his new role of Alumni Director, Jose A. Rodriguez, MD, emphasized the significance of the Association and the 100th anniversary of the annual meeting, which energized the crowd.
