Once again, the Town has put together a diverse range of events 10 EVENT LISTINGS hopefully ensuring that there truly is JANUARY – something to suit everyone. FEBRUARY The guide contains a comprehensive listing of events throughout the year that have 11 EVENT LISTINGS been organised by Alton Town Council and a FEBRUARY – APRIL whole host of other local organisations. The Curtis Museum The Curtis Museum houses one of the finest local history collections in Hampshire, exploring 100 million years of history. Displays include prehistoric tools, Saxon burials, the Battle of Alton 1643, the notorious tale of Sweet Fanny Adams plus hop picking and brewing.
