Through our experience, we have developed design intelligence to seamlessly assimilate form and function, innovation and management within this type of environment. Some of the recent key projects that we have provided consultancy services on include:- Calvary Retirememt Community Ryde Limited RCF & ILU – 678 Victoria Road, Ryde Building / scope of works: Year: 2018 – current Calvary’s scope of work was to expand the existing services provided at their Calvary Ryde site. This expansion consisted of a new building to accommodate a Residential Project value ($): Care Facility (116 beds) and Independent Living Units (21 Units - STCA). The project $40M also included the adaptive re-use of part of the Mary Potter Nursing Home Chapel Client: into a community centre. The new building was designed with the flexibility and Little Company of Mary capacity to be extended in the future by at least three floors (to accommodate 36 Healthcare ILUs or RACF space as required). In order to enable the site for the new building the three existing Mary Potter Nursing Home buildings needed to be demolished. AGED CARE PROJECTS St Patrick’s Green, Kogarah Building / scope of works: Year: 2016 – 2017 St Patrick’s Green consisted of three (3) Tower Buildings containing a Residential Aged Care Facility, Independent Living Unit and Retirement Village. Low watermain pressure, large utility sewer mains $120M that cross the site and a lack of Council stormwater assets to discharge to the site’s stormwater too. AGED CARE PROJECTS RSL Gallipoli Building, Narrabeen Building / scope of works: Year: 2010 – 2014 This Anzac Village offers a variety of over 700 homes with a rich array of amenities and services. Design and Construction Quality Control of all Hydraulic & Civil Services Project value ($): including Design & Construction Quality Control to new Village Centre. $20M The Gallipoli Building located in the heart of ANZAC Village, Narrabeen provides Client: residents and guests of RSL LifeCare with facilities for recreation and social activities, RSL LifeCare as well as accomodation. The 5 storey building integrates 22 apartments, administrative offices, kitchen and dining areas, bars, function rooms, cinema, library, museum quality Builder: displays, lower ground floor secured parking, and external parking.
