Calvary’s scope of work was to expand the existing services provided at their Calvary
Ryde site. This expansion consisted of a new building to accommodate a Residential Project value ($):
Care Facility (116 beds) and Independent Living Units (21 Units - STCA). The project $40M
also included the adaptive re-use of part of the Mary Potter Nursing Home Chapel

This Anzac Village offers a variety of over 700 homes with a rich array of amenities
and services. Design and Construction Quality Control of all Hydraulic & Civil Services Project value ($):
including Design & Construction Quality Control to new Village Centre. $20M
The Gallipoli Building located in the heart of ANZAC Village, Narrabeen provides Client:
residents and guests of RSL LifeCare with facilities for recreation and social activities, RSL LifeCare
as well as accomodation. The 5 storey building integrates 22 apartments, administrative
offices, kitchen and dining areas, bars, function rooms, cinema, library, museum quality Builder:
