                                               EACH CANDIDATE MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
      •     Covid-19 SELF-DECLARATION FILLED IN ANY PART (download the declaration at the following link:
            https://web.uniroma2.it/module/name/Content/newlang/italiano/navpath/OFF/section_parent/6649 (THE SIGNED SELF-DECLARATION MUST BE LEFT TO THE OFFICER IN
            CHARGE)
      •     Green Pass EITHER DIGITAL OR PAPER (FOR NON-EU CANDIDATES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE MUST BE RELEASED BY AN OFFICIAL INSTITUTION AND
            TRANSLATED IN ITALIAN, ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH OR DEUTCH). CANDIDATES WITH NO VACCINATION NEITHER A VALID GREEN PASS CAN
            PARTECIPATE ONLY IF THEY SHOW A NEGATIVE SWAB PERFORMED NOT MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE ADMISSION TEST. THE CERTIFICATE MUST
            BE WRITTEN IN ITALIAN, ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH OF DEUTCH.
      •     A valid identification document (no copies or reproduction will be accepted);
      •     A receipt demonstrating the online registration on Universitaly website;
      •     A receipt of payment showing that the date of payment has been done before July 29th.

      Non EU applicants living in Italy must show:
      •   Permission of Stay

      Non EU applicants living in foreign countries must be provide with:
      •   VALID Passport
      •   A copy of the pre-registration application submitted to their embassy regarding their Visa application.

                              Anti-Covid-19 Provisions

    •   CANDIDATES MUST ALWAYS WEAR THEIR OWN FFP2 MASK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL
        PEOPLE WITHOUT A MASK BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE ADMISSION TEST AREA;

    • CANDIDATES MUST UNDERGO A BODY TEMPERATURE CHECK: SUBJECTS WITH ANY
      FORM OF RESPIRATORY INFECTION OR TEMPERATURE ABOVE 37.5° WILL NOT BE
      ALLOWED ACCESS FOR ANY REASON TO THE ADMISSION TEST AREA;

    •   CANDIDATES MUST ALWAYS CARRY A HAND DISINFECTANT FOR PERSONAL USE;

    •   IN ORDER TO REGULATE THE MOVEMENT AND FLOW OF PEOPLE WITHIN THE ADMISSION TEST
        AREA, SPECIAL ROUTES AND HORIZONTAL SIGNS WHICH REFER TO INTERPERSONAL
        DISTANCING HAVE BEEN ORGANIZED.

                                      GREEN-PASS RULES

     VALID COVID GREEN-PASS CERTIFICATIONS
     a) COMPLETE anti-SARS-CoV-2 VACCINATION; CERTIFICATE EXPIRES 9 MONTHS AFTER THE
        CHALLENGE (PLEASE CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATE)
     b) PARTIAL anti-SARS-CoV-2 VACCINATION RELEASED AFTER THE FIRST DOSE (THIS CERTIFICATE IS VALID
          FROM THE 15° DAY AFTER VACCINATION TO THE CHALLENGE’ DATE) (PLEASE CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATE)
     c) COVID-19 OCCURRED HEALING (EXPIRES 6 MONTHS AFTER END OF QUARANTINE)
     d) NEGATIVE MOLECULAR OR ANTIGENIC SWAB (THIS CERTIFICATE EXPIRES 48 HOURS AFTER TEST EXECUTION)
     EQUIVALENCE OF VACCINATION and CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY OTHER COUNTRIES:
     CERTIFICATE (EITHER PAPER OR DIGITAL) MUST REPORT:
     a) PERSONAL DATA, DATA REFERRED TO THE USED VACCINE AND VACCINATION DATES OR END OF
     QUARANTINE AFTER HEALING;
     b) ALL DATA REFERRED TO THE INSTITUTION THAT PERFORMED THE VACCIANTION OR ISSUED THE
     CERTIFICATION.
     CERTIFICATES MUST BE WRITTEN IN ITALIAN, ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH OR DEUTCH. IF IN
     OTHER LANGUAGES AN OFFICIAL TRANSLATION MUST BE HAND IN.

                                    Anti-Covid-19 Provisions and behavioural norms

      CANDIDATES WHO BEHAVE IN A WAY THAT VIOLATES OR SEEM TO JEOPARDISE THE RESPECT OF
      THE INTERPERSONAL DISTANCING CRITERIA MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE AMISSION TEST AREA.
      THIS DECISION IS PURELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE UNIVERSITY.

      Useful suggestions
      Candidates can bring bags/rucksacks with them (after the entrance they must be closed and placed in a sealed
      transparent bag close by the commission’s desk) and mobile phones (turned off and placed inside the container
      provided, which will be consigned for the period of the exam).
      It is advisable to bring some water.

 By car
 From Napoli: Autostrada A1 Roma - Napoli, exit 19-20 Torrenova - via di Passo
 Lombardo (follow road signs to Università di Tor Vergata, Faculty of Medicine)
 From Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.): exit 19-20 Torrenova follow road
 signs to Romanina-2nd University, follow via Vittorio Ragusa, turn left to via
 Mario Pastore then turn right on via Stanford (follow road signs to Facoltà di
 Medicina- Università Tor Vergata)
 From Roma or Castelli Romani: via Tuscolana, via di Tor Vergata to Università
 di Tor Vergata.

 Public transportations (main)
 Underground Linea A to Anagnina, till the end of the line (Anagnina); take a
 bus to the final destination:
 linea 20 express to the Faculty of Medicne and Surgery. Direction: via
 Cambellotti (Tor Bella Monaca);
 linea 500 to the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.
 Underground Linea C to Pantano: get off at the Torre Angela station; take a
 bus to the final destination:
 linea 20 express to Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. Direction: Anagnina (Metro
