WELCOME

When coming on holidays with KelAir Campotel, we want you to know that we are
working on the extraordinary measures that will be with us this Summer. We
promise to provide you with the same high level of care and responsibility as we
have always done.

We will reinforce our high standards of regular cleaning , hygiene and disinfection.

We will implement a set of additional measures, following the guidelines and
recommendations of the health authorities of Ireland, France & Spain to insure that
you have a great stay with us.

ALL ABOARD
This summer when travelling to France by Ferry, things maybe a little different. Some
facilities may not be available such as Children's play area, Cinema's - a limited food &
beverage choice. Both Irish Ferries & Brittany Ferries are dedicated to get you & your
family to France safely this year and they look forward to welcoming you on board.
             What Irish Ferries Say
              Check-in
              Drive in the comfort and security of your own car with in-car check in. Passengers will be advised to stay
              in cars whilst waiting to board the ship. We will have staggered boarding and disembarkation procedures
              to enable social distancing. Where we have passport checks in operation you will be required to hold up
              passports from the security of your car for review limiting contact with staff. We will also have social
              distance measures in place for foot passengers when boarding.

                                                        Enjoy Fresh Air

              Breath clean fresh sea air on deck with ventilation and air conditioning systems on
              board use 100% fresh air.

Sail in space

Onboard our ships we have plenty of room, including spacious outside decks.
Enjoy ample space onboard, allowing for social distancing. We have introduced
clear markings and signage throughout the ship to assist with Social Distancing.
Stairways between the car deck and passenger areas will be marked for social
distancing. Please respect everyone’s space when using them. Our lifts will
operate with reduced capacity to ensure safety and social distancing of our
passengers. There will be ample seating arranged to accommodate passengers
with seating blocked where appropriate to ensure social distance measures
adhered too throughout the ship. With intensified sanitation and disinfection of
all common touchpoints in all areas.

Cabins

Each cabin is cleaned thoroughly, and key touchpoints are sanitised. After every
sailing, we will fog the room with a special device that deals very effectively with
viruses and other air and surface contaminants. This device is used in “Clean Room
Technology” throughout the pharmaceutical sector and in some hospitals

Services onboard
There will be protocols in place in our public areas with crew and staff who are in
direct contact with passengers will be wearing masks and gloves, and plexiglass has
been added at all till points. We’ve reduced some services to maximise the safety of
crew and passengers therefore more limited range available onboard.

We will have a more limited range of food and beverage options
with in-room and main restaurant dining options available that will be served
by a crew member in disposable containers. Dish options will include a variety
of dishes including vegetarian and gluten free. Individually wrapped salads,
sandwiches and desserts will also be available.
·    For everyone’s safety we’ve temporarily closed cinemas, bars, shopping,
Club Class lounges and kids soft play area.
·    We’ve also removed all newspapers, single use paper menus and open
buffet self-service options.
·    We are constantly working to ensure the safe social distancing of our
passengers at this time, and we are working hard to see how we can reopen
theseareas for future travel.
While entertainment may be limited onboard while we adjust our services
for your safety, we have now added Video on Demand to all of our cabins
free of charge so while you and your family are spending time in the comfort
and security of your cabin you will be able to avail of a number of family
friendly latest release movies including, Toy Story 4, Frozen2, Avengers:
Endgame plus many more…

Airplanes & Airports
                                               This will be a new experience for all concerned when taking to the skies this
                                              summer with social distancing measures etc. - we suggest that you look at the
                                              websites of your departing and arriving airport along with your airline and see
                                                                 what meaures that they have put in place

    The Mobile Home
We believe that we have the ideal

The Campsite

OUR CLEANING
       PROTOCOLS
In conjunction with our supplier of cleaning products
we have devised a detailed plan in relation to
improving the already rigorous routine that we use in
preparing and cleaning your accommodation.
Only recommended products will be used when
cleaning your accommodation.
All air conditioning filters (where applicable ) will be
clean with a disinfection solution to guarantee fresh,
clean air.
We will ask you to place your linen and towels into two
separate bags (we supply) at the end of your stay. All
linen and towels will be washed at the highest
recommended temperature.
At the end of the clean, all surfaces, handles, light
switches etc. will be sanitized .
We will place a seal on the door and this will be broken
upon check in to your accommodation.
Check in and Check out will be kept to a minimum &
will be done as quickly as possible. A phone number
will be available to call or text our staff should the
need arise.
All staff will undergo extra training and their uniform
will be washed and changed daily.
Staff will wear suitable ppe, gloves & masks while
cleaning.
