                                                Opening Keynote Speaker
                          Marci Diane Thompson is a seasoned str ategist and lear ning designer ,
                          with significant experience within the non-profit association community.
                          Currently, Marci is the Chief Growth Officer for the Society of Marketing
                          Professional Services, where she leads the strategic charge for member en-
                          gagement, professional development and training.

Previously, Marci served as the Chief Learning Officer for Zweig Group, a management consulting
firm. Throughout her career, Marci has guided adult-learning in organizations ranging from 7,000 to
100,000 members.

Additionally, Marci is a well-known speaker, contributing writer for trade publications, and two-time
author. In her spare time, Marci continues to inspire others. She has launched Lovery, Inc. an online
retail outlet for motivational products for individuals and event novelty item needs.

Marci studied Social Work at Bowie State University, an alumni of Seth Godin’s alt MBA leadership pro-
gram and holds certificates in Association Management, the Business of Meetings and Instructional
Design.

                                               Closing Keynote Speaker
                                Dr. Sabrina Suber is the Executive Director of Secondary Schools for
                        Richland School District Two. Prior to becoming the Executive Director of
                        Secondary Schools, Dr. Suber was Principal of Richland Northeast High School,
                        where she served in that capacity for eight years. Prior to that, she was Richland
                        Northeast’s Assistant Principal of Instruction for six years. Her administrative
                        experience is preceded by service as a high school English teacher.
                        Her journey as an educator started at Benedict College where she earned her
                        Bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education. She later received a Master’s
                        degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College and her Doctoral Degree in
                        Educational Administration from South Carolina State University.
       Dr. Suber was named the 2017 Administrator of the Year from the South Carolina Student Council
Association, the 2018 Dr. Kay Phillips Administrator of the Year Award from the Southern Interscholastic
Press Association, the 2019 Magnet Schools of America Region IV Principal of the Year and the 2019
Magnet Schools of America National Principal of the Year. Her passion is ensuring every graduate is
prepared to be enlisted, enrolled or employed.
       Dr. Suber and her husband, Brian E. Suber, Sr., have three beautiful children. Lo’Ren, the
youngest, is a Freshman at USC Upstate University. The older two also matriculated through Richland
Two schools and are proud graduates of Richland Northeast, Brian Jr (2010) and Bre’Anna (2012). Dr.
Suber and her husband have also been blessed with three amazing grandchildren, McKinlee Haggin,

 Due to the pandemic, workshop presenters have changed. The conference
  committee is working diligently to get them updated. More information
concerning the workshops will be forthcoming in the coming weeks. Please
 note that all workshops are on a first come, first serve basis and will have

 SCAEOP Refund Policy All cancellation requests can be submitted by mail, email, or fax to the Membership Recorder/ Conference
 Registration Chairman. Cancellations received on or before the deadline stated in the registration entitles the registrant to a full refund. A 50%
 refund of registration fee will be made for requests received 15 days or more prior to the opening session date of the conference. Requests
 received 14 days or less (including conference no-shows) to the opening session date of the conference will not receive a refund, except in the
 cases of death or illness (documentation required). All refund requests should be submitted to the SCAEOP Membership Recorder no later
 than 10 business days after the conference adjournment and are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
