PROGRAM OVERVIEW FRIDAY, October 14, 2022 Continental Breakfast for Golfers at The Broadmoor Golf Club (Pre-registration and fee applies.) 6:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m. NTDA Golf Tournament & Scholarship Fundraiser at The Broadmoor Golf Club (Pre-registration and fee applies.) 8:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. The Broadmoor Golf Club is consistently ranked among the best in the world. The Broadmoor’s East Course is known for its wide, tree-lined fairways and expansive greens. Get ready for rolling fairways, multi-level greens, and demanding hazards at the stunning yet formidable West Course. Golf is limited to 100 players on the East Course and 100 players on the West Course on Oct. 14. Golf is not included with Convention registration and requires pre-registration and an additional fee. Golf tournament registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Tournament fee includes greens fees, tournament fee, breakfast, lunch, cart, beverage tickets, prizes, and swag bag. Registrations for golf and/or rental clubs (Callaway Maveriks) will be accepted until Sept. 16, 2022, based on availability. Please note The Broadmoor Golf Club is unable to offer stiff shaft club rentals due to current lack of availability. On-site registrations will not be accepted for the golf tournament. Last minute changes of foursomes are also not accepted. Changes may occur in the event of a no show as twosomes are not allowed in Tournament play. Any on- site changes are at the discretion of The Broadmoor golf pro and the NTDA golf committee. Golf foursomes are not guaranteed. Optional contests will be offered during the Tournament as a fundraiser for the NTDA Scholarship Program. Cash accepted for contests/donations. Bag Handling: When you check into The Broadmoor, please leave your golf bag with the valet at any of the buildings (e.g., Main, South, or West buildings). After you leave your well-marked bag with the valet, the Golf Club staff will pick up your golf bag and will place a Broadmoor Golf Club bag tag on it with your name on it. Your bag will be stored in the Club’s bag room until the day of the event. Some players may choose to keep their golf bag with them and take it to their room. Those individuals may bring their bag to the course the day of the Tournament. The Golf Club staff will pull your bag if you are playing on the course earlier in the week as well. On the day of the Tournament, bags will be pulled and placed on each player’s cart. If you are renting golf clubs, your rental clubs or rental shoes (Foot Joy), if applicable will be placed on your cart the morning of the Tournament. Golf Dress Code: Men must wear a collared shirt and Bermuda-length shorts or pants. Ladies must have a collar on their top. Shorts or skirts of appropriate length are allowed. FRIDAY, October 14, 2022 Optional Activity: Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Take in one of the most unique experiences in the world as you ride the completely restored Cog Railway the top of America’s Mountain: Pikes Peak. After the ride, explore the many things to do in historic Manitou Springs or visit the majestic Seven Falls, a natural wonder nestled in the South Cheyenne Canyon. Nestled between Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, historic Manitou Springs offers a town is choc full of charm and unique shopping opportunities. Transportation, reserved railcar for NTDA attendees, and boxed lunch included. A maximum of 60 registrations are available for the Cog Railway tour. (Pre-registration and fee applies.) Optional Activity: Convoy of Hope Volunteer Opportunity 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Serve as a Convoy of Hope volunteer by helping to assemble hygiene kits for people in need, and receive a free Convoy of Hope t-shirt as a thank you! Join our packing party between 9:00 a.m. and noon on Friday, Oct. 14. Help out for an hour or stay the entire time if your schedule allows. All assistance is welcome! Coffee, tea, water, sodas, and snacks will be provided. Volunteers will be entered into a drawing for prizes at the Awards Dinner on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022. REGISTRANT TYPES: Policies Dealer Registrant: An employee of an NTDA Dealer or Dealer Branch Member company. Allied Registrant: An employee of an NTDA Allied Member company. Dealer/Allied Registration Includes: Welcome Reception, Thursday Breakfast, General Session, Concurrent Sessions, Refreshment Breaks, Exhibition & Luncheon, as well as Cocktail Reception and Awards Dinner including Keynote Presentation). Optional activities and golf tournament are NOT included and require an additional fee to participate. Exhibitor Registration: All exhibitor personnel must register (registration is NOT included with display purchase). Sponsor Registration: Sponsors must also register. If registration is included in your company’s sponsorship package, call the NTDA at 1-800-800-4552, or e-mail registration@ntda.org to register your personnel. Spouse/Guest Registrant: A spouse or guest is a family member or significant other whose primary purpose in attending the Convention is to accompany a Dealer or Allied Registrant. Co-workers or associates within the industry DO NOT qualify for Spouse/Guest registration and should complete an individual/additional Dealer or Allied Registration. If your spouse and/or guest(s) is traveling to the Convention with you, we encourage you to register him or her. Spouse/Guest registration includes: Welcome Reception; Thursday Breakfast; Exhibition & Luncheon, Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner. If spouse/guest volunteers for Convoy of Hope, she or he will be invited to attend a Luncheon on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022. Spouse/Guest registrants are also invited to attend educational sessions if interested. Dealer & Allied Packages: The NTDA offers a Dealer Package and an Allied Package that includes one Dealer or Allied Registrant plus one spouse/guest at a discounted rate. Additional registrants or guests may register individually using a different payment method if so desired (e.g., a check or different credit/debit card than a Dealer or Allied attendee). If paying with a different form of payment, please register your spouse/guest separately and contact the NTDA at 1-800-800-4552, or e-mail accounting@ntda.org. Child Under 17: There is no charge for children 17 and under, but they require a badge. Additional fees apply for golf or optional tours. For safety and security, badges are required by the NTDA to attend any Convention function. Golf: Golf is NOT included with Convention registration and requires an additional fee. Pre-registration is required for golf. No registrations for golf or rental clubs will be accepted after Sept. 16, 2022. Golf foursomes are not guaranteed. Golf is limited to 100 players on the East Course and 100 players on the West Course at the Broadmoor Golf Club. Golf tournament registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment: All registrations must be prepaid no later than Sept. 16, 2022. Credit card payment is preferred for registrations. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice. A late fee equal to 1% of the total invoice will be accessed for payments not remitted within 30 days. Ten percent (10%) of the total invoice will be accessed on all unpaid balances after 90 days. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks. Invoices may be paid via Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX at https://ntda.org/services/pay-invoice-online/. No Payment = No Badge/No Entry. No Badge = No Admission: Individuals who are not registered or who do not have a badge will not be permitted to attend ANY of the conference programs, participate in receptions, meals, or other social events, nor have access to the Exhibit Hall. This policy will be strictly enforced for the safety and security of our registered attendees. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Drawing Winners: If you won a drawing in 2021 that includes registration, golf, an optional tour, or spa treatment, please contact the NTDA at (810) 229-5960, or e-mail registration@ntda.org to register. Cancellation Policy: Substitutions allowable. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional activities/tours, must be received in writing by July 31, 2022 to qualify for a 100% refund. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional activities/tours, received in writing between Aug. 1, 2022 and Aug. 29, 2022 qualify for a 50% refund. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/ or optional activities/tours, received Aug. 30 and after are NOT eligible for a refund.
