REGATTA VILLAGE SPONSORSHIP Title sponsorship of the entire Regatta Village is available. The package will include, but is not limited to the following: Naming rights for “____________” The Regatta Village at Cowes Week Your sponsorship will be officially recognised and communicated extensively. Also included in the package are: • Display areas at either end of Regatta Village 4m x 6m dims • 50% of all branding on entrances, balustrade and stage • 1/3rd of all toblerone display panels • Exposure on giant screen and on Clubhouse Screen • Exposure through Regatta Village website Options for hospitality onshore and afloat, including race viewing. Activate can supply sail or power vessels to support any promotional programme.
TOTEM DISPLAYS: New for this year will be 20 Totems situated along the Parade and Esplanade. These structures can offer exposure on 2 or 3 sides. Dimensions 3m high x 1m wide. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain awareness in the busiest parts of Cowes during the busiest time of the year with a potential audience of over 10,000 people per day for 10 days. Price £350 + VAT. (per side) REGATTA VILLAGE BANNERS: Upto 300 metres of banner space available on the Balustrades at Cowes Week. The banners will remain visible for the duration of Cowes Week and will offer your company additional exposure to compliment your retail stand on the Parade. The banners will be visible from the water and ashore, as the banner frames are attached to both sides of the seawall. Banners dimensions 3.6m x 0.6m Price £350 +VAT Banners also available through Cowes Business Association in Cowes High Street. FLAGS: 40 flag poles along the waterfront – 6.5 metre with 4 metre flag. We ship these enormous flagpoles in from the mainland, so the cost is high, but so is the impact! The current price per flagpole including flag is £450 +VAT
COWES WEEK CLUBHOUSE & HOSPITALITY Situated on Cowes Parade the Cowes Week Clubhouse is the ideal place from which to entertain and enjoy the atmosphere of this fantastic regatta. LARGE SCREEN PROMOTIONS: A large screen will be located behind the main stage along with 2 plasma screens within the Crew Bar & Club House.
