OTHER INFORMATION ACCOMMODATION: Apart from The Bridal Room, Groom’s Room & Honeymoon Suite (Evening Weddings), • • accommodation is not included in your package. Please refer to the Farmstays booklet provided during your venue viewing for photos, details and pricing. To view availability and make a booking, please visit: www.rosemaryhill.co.za/accommodation. Kindly note: our accommodation is very popular and booked up to 2 years in advance; please book the rooms you require for your nearest and dearest when you book your wedding. All accommodation on the farm includes breakfast! Should you wish to enjoy your breakfast together with all your friends/ family, please let our Accommodation Manager know so she can organise a complimentary venue for you (subject to availability). TABLE WINE AND BAR : The Bridal Couple is permitted to bring one of each of the following per table of 8-12 guests: One bottle of red wine, one bottle of white wine, two bottles of sparkling wine. Additional beverages brought in will be levied with a corkage fee. To be arranged in advance. Bar tabs and special requests to be discussed with Management. For your safety we are a strictly cash-free zone. We accept cards, Snapscan and Zapper at the bar. (Please include in your invitation). COFFEE SHOP & TRAILS Last Kitchen orders at 15h00 . Last drinks orders at 16h00. Trails close at 18h00. INFORMATION DJ & MUSIC Your package includes a DJ. Should you wish to bring in your own DJ, our sound engineer will still be on site to ensure correct use of our built-in equipment. For this reason, there will be no discount when using your own DJ. Rosemary Hill reserves the right to control the volume of the music during the function. We kindly request the music to end at midnight . Guests may linger by the bonfire if they wish to stay longer. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR COORDINATOR: You are welcome to contact your coordinator if you have questions or require additional information. Admin and emails are generally tended to on Wednesdays to Fridays between 08:00 and 16:00 (if your coordinator is not busy running a wedding at the time). Please remember to arrange an appointment with your coordinator if you are planning on visiting the farm. SIX MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING: Schedule a meeting with your coordinator to do a venue walk-about. Here we will discuss your requirements in more detail over a cup of coffee. THREE MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING: We will send you a reminder to schedule a date for a table mock-up with your booked florist. Please note this has to be done on a weekday. If you and your florist decided that a mock-up is not neccessary, then a meeting will be scheduled to go through the Wedding Work Sheet. ONE MONTH BEFORE YOUR WEDDING: BOOKING YOUR WEDDING If you have any final information not yet given to your coordinator and you would like to do so in person, please make an appointment (for a week day). Due to the high demand for our venue, we are unable to accept provisional bookings. THREE WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING: • STEP 1 - BOOK YOUR VIEWING Theresa Franken will take you on a guided site visit to show you all the facilities we have on offer The following information (in writing) will be requested, if not yet received: and to answer all your questions. Rosemary Hill supplies food for up to 5 service providers* (non-friends or family members not seated with your wedding guests), for example; the DJ and photographer.
