If, after binding registration, a participant is unable to attend, this must be communicated in writing. A written cancellation of the participant booking is possible free of char-
ge up to 8 weeks before the start of the event. In the case of a written notification after 8 weeks before the start of the event, a processing fee of 250.00 EUR will be charged.
In case of absence from the event or cancellation of the participation, the full booked participant fee has to be paid.
Important note: If the event is prohibited by the authorities, this will result in the organizer being released from his obligation to perform (e.g. providing exhibition space) and
the partner being released from his obligation to pay the partner contribution. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of D+S Automotive GmbH, published at www.car-fu-
ture.com, shall apply. All bookings subject to availability.
