OUR PACKAGES At Husk Farm Distillery in the heart of the Tweed Caldera we welcome functions and events including birthdays, hens parties, wedding recoveries, corporate and business functions. We consider a party larger than 12 people to be a group booking - please choose one of our packages found on pages 4 to 9. We can cater for groups of 12–100 on Wednesdays and Thursdays and groups of 12–50 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot accommodate larger groups during busy service periods without two weeks notice. If you are planning an event that requires special arrangements, or if you are wanting to host a group larger than 50 people outside of normal operating hours, please contact our reservations team who can help tailor a package to suit your needs. We are a working distillery showcasing our beautiful spirits. Unfortunately we do not serve wine but we do offer a small selection of local beer. We offer a simple and fresh food menu that is designed to be shared, to pair with our unique spirits. Please also bear in mind that Husk is a 'fair-weather venue'. With most of the venue outdoors, many bookings will be weather dependent. Please note that booking sessions are for 2-3 hours. We also offer a range of tours and experiences which are perfect to add on for special occasions. GROUP PACKAGES OPTION 2 - LAWN $50 per person minimum spend To make a large group reservation on the lawn, we require a minimum spend of $50 per person. This is fully redeemable on food and drinks on the day as a tab. These reservations are picnic style with most seating on the ground on picnic blankets. We provide picnic blankets and low picnic tables per umbrella. Our lawn reservations are weather dependent. A $50 deposit will be taken to secure your reservation, with final payment due 72 hours prior. Any remaining balance will not be refunded, but can be used towards retail purchases from our Cellar Door. Please note that booking sessions are for 2 hours. A guided tasting of Ink Gin, an exclusive behind- the-scenes tour of the distillery before finishing with a Husk rum tasting flight in the Barrel House. ASK ABOUT HOSTING A PRIVATE DISTILLERY DINNER $230 per person These exclusive intimate dinners are held in our Barrel House. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome drink. Drink in hand, you'll go behind the scenes where you will learn about our distilling and farming practices. During this tour you will be guided through a five product tasting of our spirits. Finish in the Barrel House for an intimate three course meal with paired cocktails. TERMS & CONDITIONS By making a booking with Husk Farm Distillery, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the below terms and conditions. Please read carefully to ensure you are not disappointed. 1. We take a maximum of 20 per group on weekends. Husk does not accept multiple bookings for the same party. Husk reserves the right to cancel double and back to back bookings not approved by management. 2. Guest functions and reservations are limited to 2 hours. 3. Functions require a deposit, and your reservation is not secured until deposit is received. Full payment must be made 72 hours prior to your reservation with final numbers and dietaries confirmed at the time of payment. Deposits are fully transferrable. 4. It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation, we cannot extend a booking if you are running late. We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes and will try our best to accommodate your reservation. 5. As a licensed venue we do not permit any external food or beverages. 8. We charge $15 cakeage per cake. 9. 0.8% surcharge applies to all card payments. A 15% surcharge applies to all public holiday bookings. Any bar tabs/lawn reservations must submit a credit card upon arrival. 10. Although we do allow children to visit the venue, it is advised that we are a working distillery & children must be supervised at all times within the licensed areas of the venue. Our menu offerings for children are limited so it is advisable for them to have eaten before arriving. 11. As part of our sustainability initiatives we do not allow any balloons or confetti. Any decorations must be approved prior by management and should be compostable or recyclable. Should additional excessive cleaning be required after your booking, you will be contacted and you may incur a cleaning fee of up to $100 and will be processed via the credit card provided at the time of booking. Cleaning and damage include, but are not limited to, excessive glass breakage, graffiti, excessive litter, damage to interior and exterior structures and items of the venue. 12. Husk will not be held responsible for any loss of property, injuries or damage to personal items from the booking and strongly recommend that all presents, cards, money etc. are secured and removed from the venue at the conclusion. 13. No camp chairs/beach umbrellas/ marquees etc. for lawn reservations. If you require a seat, we can arrange a space suitable with seating provided. 14. All guests are required to sign in electronically to enter the venue. 15. Guests who are intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate or irresponsible manner will be asked to vacate the premises. Guests under the age of 18 are welcome however must be accompanied by a responsible, supervising adult. There is an on-the-spot penalty notice of $1,100; court-imposed fines of up to $11,000 and/or 12 month’s imprisonment; and the suspension or cancellation of the venue’s liquor license. It is the responsibility of both the licensed venue owner or manager and the minor’s parents to prevent the consumption of alcohol by a minor. Please ensure that you inform your guests to bring proof of age identification as any guests who cannot supply this when asked will not be allowed to consume alcohol. 16. Any guests found to be consuming or providing drugs will be removed immediately and police will be informed. 17. Husk Farm Distillery implements a smart casual dress code and reserves the right to refuse entry to those who do not meet Husk’s dress standards. By confirming your booking, you agree to our house rules and dress code.
