Trophies (T-Ball and A) Visit EDHLL.com/TeamParent for the Wilson Trophy link to the website - Orders need to be placed 2 weeks before your party. EDHLL contributes $7.50 towards a trophy for each player in Division A or below, if a higher dollar amount trophy is selected by the team each player pays the difference. Trophies can be added for divisions above A, however, the league doesn’t cover any cost as higher divisions have play-offs with T-Shirts given to the winning team in each division.
Money Collection Your team will need to pay: Coaches' gift (optional) End of the year party Names on Jerseys (Optional) Team Banner (Optional) Tallyall costs for the year and then collect money one time vs. having to collect multiple times throughout year.
Sponsorship Visit our website. We are actively seeking sponsors for the 2022 EDHLL Season. Complete sponsorship details are provided on the flyers under sponsorship at www.edhll.com Team sponsors should be submitted by April 25th in order to get banners ordered but sponsorships will be accepted throughout the year. Score Keepers Clinic – For AA division + Clinic will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022 6:00PM for AA and Monday, March 7, 2022 for AAA-Juniors at Vintage Grace If scorkeepers are not able to make it or teams did not have a scorekkeper named at the time, please contact Wendy Fredericks to arrange a review and pick up of the material covered.
Volunteering – On Line Tracking/ VolunteerSpot Each family is required to volunteer one shift at one of our events: Forms Processing, Assessments, Opening Day, Go Pink Day, Home Run Derby, and Closing Ceremonies. In addition, each family is required to work two (2)* concession shifts. *Plus 1 additional concession shift if you have more than 1 child in the league. You can also receive full volunteer credit by being named to 1 of the following positions: Manager, Coach, Scorekeeper, Team Parent, or Field Prep Volunteer hours will be tracked, each family is responsible for signing up and fulfilling the required minimum as stated above. Otherwise, each family needs to pay an opt-out NON-refundable fee which is $275.00 up to a family maximum of $500.

Coaches: Two named coaches per team are exempt from volunteering. Scorekeeper: One named scorekeeper per team (AA and above) are exempt from volunteering. Field Prep: One named field prep people are exempt from volunteering. Team Parent: One named team parent per team is exempt from volunteering. Named Definition: As defined by El Dorado Hills Little League, is the person whose name is given to El Dorado Hills Little League Board of Directors and is added to League One Roster. Only those named will be given exemption credit.

Flag Ceremony- March 18th Members from our local law and fire departments will perform a flag ceremony. Location: Deputy Jeff Mitchell Field Time: TBD (10 minutes)
Friday Night Lights- Every Friday Night Wewill have a double header game every Friday with a AAA game and Majors game at Deputy Jeff Mitchell Field. Encourage families to come out and watch EDHLL Baseball. family event with a baseball game under the lights. Great Come cheer on our EDHLL teams

Go PINK Week-May 6th- 13th BeginningMay 6th through May 13th this year all families are encouraged to wear PINK during this week. Any proceeds earned from spirit wear will be donated to Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Fund a local charity supporting Breast Cancer. Inaddition, 50% of proceeds from any concessions will be donated as well. More information about the events, charity and game times at all fields to come.
CSD/MLB Hit Pitch Run Event Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 9am -12pm Promontory Park - softball fields Free Event - first come, first served with limited space available. Register today (for calendar ages 7-14 yrs.) Registration links are on our website. You'll need to register with both CSD AND MLB
Home Run Derby- May 14th Location: Jeff Mitchell Time: TBD Players from AAA Division and higher can sign up later this season to hit for home runs by a pitching machine Two minutes to hit home runs. Top three will advance to final hit off / home run derby
Challenger Games Saturday, April 9th @ 10am Saturday, June 4th @ 10am District 54 Little League's Challenger Division is Little League baseball for developmentally and physically challenged youth ages 5 thru18. Players enjoy the full benefits of Little League participation in an athletic, non- competitive environment structured to their abilities. El Dorado Hills Little League will be hosting two Challenger games at Deputy Jeff Mitchell Field (JMF). We encourage El Dorado Hills Little League families to come cheer on some amazing kids.
