your sponsorship of the 2022 Donate Life America Annual Conference. Each year, our Annual Conference is
attended by hundreds of donation and transplantation professionals committed to increasing the number of
donated organs, eyes and tissues available to save and heal lives.

Donate Life America is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization leading its national partners and Donate Life State Teams
to increase the number of donated organs, eyes and tissue available to save and heal lives while continuing to
develop a culture where donation is embraced as a fundamental human responsibility.
DLA owns, manages and promotes Donate Life℠, the national logo and brand for the cause of donation;
motivates the public to register as organ, eye and tissue donors; provides education about living donation;
manages the National Donate Life Registry at RegisterMe.org; and develops and executes effective multi-
media campaigns to promote donation.

Spotlight Lunch Sponsor - Wednesday, October 26 (12:00 – 12:45pm) - $10,000
This sponsor will have the opportunity to host a 45-minute presentation in a breakout room during lunch on Day Two.

Burden of Genius Screening - Wednesday, October 26 (5:00 - 8:00pm) - $10,000
To be held at the Heinz History Center and will include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres plus a short program with a screening of
Burden of Genius and an opportunity for attendees to visit the History of Transplant Exhibit. Expecting 250 individuals from the

Keynote Speaker Session (2 available) - $7,500:
• Opportunity for representative from sponsor organization to introduce the keynote speaker
• Sponsor logo will be displayed during the speaker’s session on signage and slides
Breakfast (2 Opportunities) - $7,500:
• Sponsor logo to be displayed during buffet breakfast on signage and table tents
• Sponsor logo to be displayed on beverage napkins during breakfast
• Special sponsor recognition at beginning of plenary sessions on the morning of sponsored breakfast
Mobile Meeting App - $7,500:
The mobile meeting app consists of all meeting information including the schedule, list of speakers, presentation materials, list
of attendees and more. More than 90% of attendees typically engage
in the mobile meeting app.
• Sponsor logo will be featured on the main page of the mobile meeting app
• Special sponsor recognition in meeting guide and at registration table referencing the mobile meeting app
Hotel Key Cards - $7,500:
Exposure to 300+ attendees who will keep their hotel room key with them throughout the conference
