P-ASSISTANT SERVICE Guests staying in all room types in NIRVANA MEDITERRANEAN EXCELLENCE, automatically benefit from all P-ASSISTANT services. P-ASSISTANT is a privileged personal assistance service. The team, which consists of qualified employees who have the knowledge of language suitable for the guest nationality, takes care of all the requests and needs of the guest throughout the whole process, starting from the check-in procedure until the guest leaves the facility, within the frame of one-to-one service understanding. The service period is between 08.00 - 24.00 every day and there may be exceptions for special needs. Communication with guests is provided by smart technological communication devices. Otherwise, the hotel management is not responsible for any problems that may occur. • According to the Law of the Republic of Turkey dated 19.05.2008, it is forbidden to smoke in closed areas of general use. • Pets are accepted to our facility at LUXY PET HOTEL, isolated from the facility usage areas, according to the animal breed and size, for a fee and upon pre- demand. • Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 12.00. Even if the room is delivered on time, the use of the facility’s services after 12.00 requires extra fee. • Dress code policy can be applied in some restaurants and bars. • Air conditioning working hours are automatically adjusted by the automation system according to outdoor weather conditions in order to provide maximum comfort. • Alcoholic beverages and hookahs are not served and tobacco products and alcoholic beverages are not sold to guests under 18 years of age. • No alcohols shall be served to the guests with health risks. • Preparatory works carried out at the beginning and at the end of season can be postponed due to the weather conditions. • Beach is planned to be opened for service on May 1 (Transition to full operation is provided by May 16th.) • Hotel management reserves the right to unilaterally change all services and service times declared on fact sheet, depending on weather and other reasons beyond management’s control. • The days when restaurants and bars will be closed can be changed by the hotel management, depending on weather conditions and reservation requests. • It is not suitable in terms of hygiene and safety to bring food, beverage and equipment from food and beverage units to outdoor areas. • Hotel guest amenities in bathrooms are given daily in accordance with the number of people. Additional requests are subject to an extra fee of 2 Euros per item. • An informative written text stating the general rules of the facility is declared to all guests during check-in procedure for signature. • Mini bar is refilled once a day. Additional requests are subject to extra fee. • If a sun lounger is occupied for a long period of time without using, hotel officials may take items from the sun lounger and bring it to be empty. • It is forbidden to fish within swimming boundaries. • It is forbidden to use motorized water vessels within swimming boundaries. • The disco serves in accordance with the decibel limit set by the official authorities. • All consumables, guest amenities, towels, mini bar contents and cosmetic products served in the rooms are offered to our guests for daily in-house use, as part of the all-inclusive package. It is not proper to take these materials out of the facility. • The hotel management reserves the right to make unilateral changes regarding the services and information in this guide. • In our facility, the measures within the scope of Covid-19 are meticulously implemented, and continuous controls are provided by the Ministry and related institutions.
