Type of Artwork
ARTWORK CAN BE IN STATIC OR ANIMATED MODE
For the static mode the permitted formats are: JPG, GIF, HTML code, CHTML or Javascript (the code will be checked and accepted before it is approved for publication).
In cases of animated artwork, animated GIF's or Flash technology can be used. It is important, in both formats, to keep in mind that they must contain a background layer,
since not all formats have a white background in majorcadailybulletin.com and could result in an illegible banner. In cases where transparency is a desired effect, you just
have to leave them defined in the format itself.
Digital editions contract conditions
CONTRACTS ARE DONE BY NUMBER OF IMPRESSIONS AND/OR PERIOD OF TIME, THE MINIMUM PERIOD BEING ONE WEEK.
•Cancellations must be conveyed within a minimum of 3 working days before the beginning of the campaign, by means of cancellation order. Otherwise, the advertiser will
be obliged to pay 50% of the cancelled campaign.
•We reserve the right to reject advertising when it violates the principles of legality, authenticity, image, veracity, free competition, or when, in our opinion, it may cause the
rejection of the publication or of the target public, or any other justified cause.
•The advertisements will be issued under the sole responsibility of the client (advertiser or contractor), corresponding to the payment of any penalties and/or compensation
arising from the content of the advertising.
•majorcadailybulletin.com reserves the right not to issue any advertisement the appearance of which does not seem appropriate.
•In the event that the client uses works protected by the current Law of Intellectual Property, they must provide as many permits, authorisations or payment of fees neces-
sary for the proper use of the work; majorcadailybulletin.com being exempt from any third party claim in this respect.
•In case of legal, technical, functional or contractual impossibility to insert the contracted advertisement, majorcadailybulletin.com reserves the right to suspend its publica-
tion, returning the unused impressions in later days.
