Price List 2021 - Euros (€) Ordering Products in this catalogue may be ordered in the following ways: Website: www.c-prodirect.com (credit card or paypal account required) Email: euenquiries@c-prodirect.com Telephone: +44 (0) 1732 860 158 Fax: +44 (0) 845 280 7222 Shipping and Payment Orders received before 14:00 are normally shipped on the same day. The majority of shipments are sent by courier and should arrive at European Union destinations within 1 to 2 days. Deliveries outside of the EU may take longer. Credit terms are available by agreement and discounts are available for stock orders. Payment in GB Pounds, Euros or US Dollar can be accepted according to the appropriate price list. Brexit C-Pro Direct is a group company operating in both UK and Ireland. C-Pro Direct Ireland Limited is an Irish company and a wholly owned subsidiary of C-Pro Direct Ltd in the UK. Our main warehouse has been located in Dublin Ireland since 2019. All non-custom products are stocked in Ireland and have been officially imported into the Eurozone. Whether your account is with C-Pro Direct Ltd in the UK or with C-Pro Direct Ireland Limited in Ireland all shipments to delivery addresses within the European Union originate from the EU, benefit from freedom of movement, do not require customs documentation and will not attract import duty. In any event products to EU customers are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms. VAT and VAT Accounting In most jurisdictions our products are zero rated or exempt from VAT as they are Medical Devices and or products to be worn by children. Where appropriate VAT will be charged. For VAT registered customers within the European Union the reverse charge procedure will still apply after Brexit. This means where we hold the required customer details on our account no VAT will be charged and the customer (importer) will be responsible for any VAT accounting. Accounts with C-Pro Direct Ireland Ltd Most trade customers with customer accounts created prior to Brexit have their accounts with C-Pro Direct. From January 1 2021 new customers within the European Union will normally be supplied by C-Pro Direct Ireland Ltd and invoiced in Euros. Existing customers of C-Pro Direct in the UK may request that their accounts are moved to C-Pro Direct Ireland Limited. Regulatory Compliance C-Pro Direct in the UK and Ireland is compliant with the new MDR regulations for medical devices in Europe and the UK and also with US Food and Drug Administration requirements. We are ISO 13485 accredited in both Great Britain and Ireland and maintain Competent Authority registrations with the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) in Ireland, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK and with the FDA in the USA for all our medical devices. 2 www.c-prodirect.com
