2021 ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT CONFERENCE Digital Inclusion – A Human Resources Perspective Crack the code to Digital Inclusion
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE: Human resources are transforming at a much slower rate than what is required by the organisations they work for and with. Without adopting “digital inclusion” as a core value driver and culture objective, sustainability of the organisation and its stakeholders will be risky. We believe that organisations need to “cultivate capabilities first, skills second” as is reflected in an ever growing body of research (Deloitte, 2020). This employment conference is dedicated to Cracking the Code of digital inclusion and we have collaborated with transformational leaders across human, digital, legal and economic domains to build a potential formula that can be strived for by learning organisations of consequence.
