Applying to TU Dresden Applications to TU Dresden are usually submitted online. Depending on your country of origin, your secondary school-leaving certificate may not be considered equivalent to a German Abitur and it might be necessary to attend Studienkolleg and/or pass the Fest-stellungsprüfung (aptitude test) in order to study at a German university. A prerequisite for applying for a postgraduate program is the successful completion of university studies attested by degree. Further skills might be required.
