The Open level has moved from the Elite program to the Development Program. This is a level to help build a stronger foundation for the Elite New Level Program. Added to the The purpose of this level is to create a strong competitive program for: Development Ø Athletes, age 17-21 who have the skill set to mobilize directly into the Intermediate Elite or Senior Elite levels Program Ø Athletes, age 22+ who want to continue to compete but have not yet mastered elite level skills
Current Open Elite Athletes: Ø17 – 21 – Compete in the new Intermediate Elite level Current Open Elite Ø22+ - Compete in the new Open Athletes Development level Ø17+ - If the athlete has obtained a mobility score for Senior Elite in 2020/2021 they may compete as a Senior Elite

• If a tumbling athletes performs additional elements and because the first eight elements do not meet the minimum Tumbling difficulty requirements. Penalties • The Chair of the Judges Panel would inform the E judges to take a 1.0 from the E score for additional elements and apply an additional 2.0 penalty to the total score for not meeting minimum difficulty.
