As per Executive Order 2020-147, any business that is open to the public requires to refuse entry or service to those not wearing a mask / face covering. While in the center, we will ask you to wear your mask at all times. From the Director: I recently had the opportunity to tour Oak Street Health, located at 102 W. Pierson Rd. It is a primary care facility accepting all Medicare recipients. The staff were warm and welcoming and the facility itself appeared completely updated.
