2020 - 2021 Season The Castlewood Singers is preparing a very special season of performances throughout central Indiana. It will include a variety of musical styles including classical, holiday, Broadway hits, and traditional gospel. The performances include: • September 12th , Saturday, Newfields, Indianapolis Art Museum “Penrod Arts Fair” 10:00am Performance Cancelled due to Covid-19 • November 14th, Saturday, Stage to Screen Catered Cabaret, Greenwood “Why We Sing Gala” 6:00pm Dinner and music Cancelled due to Covid-19 • December 15th, Tuesday, Indiana History Society, Indianapolis “Twilight Tuesdays” 6:30pm Music of the Season Subject to change • December 18th, Friday, Center for Performing Arts, Carmel “Christkindlmarkt” 7:00pm Music of the Season Cancelled due to Covid-19 • February 13th, Saturday, Valentine Dinner at The Sycamore at Mallow Run Winery “Love is in the Air” 6:30pm Dinner and music Subject to change • May 23rd, Sunday, Indiana History Center, Indianapolis “Tour Preview Concert” Subject to change due to Spain/Portugal postponed • June 7-16, 2021 Portugal and Spain Tour Postponed to June 2022 due to Covid-19 These performances provide significant promotional exposure for sponsors and their brand. Each venue will attract an audience across many generations. Currently, Castlewood Singers is planning several YouTube video performances which will be heavily promoted on social media. Attendance Potential • Newfields—1000+ attendees • Catered Cabaret – up to 200 attendees • Indiana History Society—up to 250 attendees • Christkindlmarkt –500+ attendees • Valentine Dinner – up to 200 attendees

About the Castlewood Singers Castlewood Singers is a mixed-voice community choral group not affiliated with any church or organization. As we kick off our 36th season, we continue to provide quality entertainment with a wide variety of musical styles at diverse Central Indiana locations. Castlewood Singers have performed in several Indianapolis area venues including the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana History Center, Indiana War Memorial, Indiana Landmarks Center, The Indianapolis Artsgarden, Freemason’s Hall, Murat Temple, The Rathskeller and the Basile Theatre at the Athenaeum and Mallow Run Winery, as well as a number of churches in and around Indianapolis. Castlewood Singers have also performed in national and international settings, including: a tour of Scotland and England in 2000, the Biltmore mansion in North Carolina in 2003, Germany and Austria in 2004, Carnegie Hall in 1996 and 2009, Florence, Italy in 2015 and New Orleans in 2018. The Winter 2016 issue of SOUTH, Indy’s southside magazine, featured The Castlewood Singers in an article written by Katherine Coplen where she said: "Traversing the wide world of music…. is important to the singers.” Castlewood Singer’s Artistic Director is Mr. Scott Bradford. Mr. Bradford is also the Choral Education Director for the Indiana State School Music Association.
