NOTE: All specimens were legally collected on public land and were independently vetted to ensure their lack of scientific value before being donated to this auction. 71 Lagavulin. How to Bid: Reserve bids can be sent in advance to massey.csc@gmail.com. In person bids are made by writing your bid amount, first and last name, and contact information (phone number or email address). PRINT YOUR NAME CLEARLY. If we cannot read the name on the bid sheet, the item will be offered to the second highest bidder. If you are bidding on the same item repeatedly, you do not need to rewrite your phone number. 3. Minimum Bid Increment: All items have a minimum bid increment (minimum amount increases between the existing bid and the new bid) of at least $1. Bids not meeting the minimum increments are not valid. You may increase your bid by more than the minimum bid increment. 4. Paying for Prizes: You may pay for prizes at the cashier table. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), exact cash payments (we cannot provide change), and cheques. 5. Cheques can be made out to: Massey Community Services Committee. 6. Claiming Prizes: Upon payment, auction winners will be provided with either (a) the physical prize; or (b) contact information for collecting the service(s) won. For service- related items, it is the auction winner’s responsibility to contact whomever donated said item(s). All sales are final.
