Receiving Your Shipment:
1. Check the boxes while the driver is still there.
-Find packing slip attached to Box #1.
-Check to see if all boxes have arrived and check for damage.
-Open damaged boxes and record any plant damage before signing for the shipment
and digitally photograph the issues.
2. Unpack all boxes and remove plants immediately.
-If temperatures are freezing outside, make sure boxes are unpacked in a heated
environment and place unpacked trays in the appropriate growing environment.
-Water plants if necessary.
- Compare product and quantities to your order. Notify your salesperson if there is a
shortage, see claims process below.
Claims:
Damages related to shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Quality or short-
age claims must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. A report detailing the issue
along with digital photos must be submitted. Claims involving virus, disease or plant perfor-
mance, require customer to send a sample in its growing container to a professional lab or to
Pell Greenhouse, Inc. for testing. Tests must include PH and soluble salts. If sample is sent to
a lab, the lab report must accompany the claim. After initial claim is made according to the
above guidelines, it is the Brokers’ responsibility to provide Pell Greenhouse, Inc. with “Final
Numbers” within 30 Days of customer receiving order. Any claim not received within 30 days
will be denied.

Anigozanthos JoeJoe & Kanga Split 51
Anigozanthos JoeJoe and Kanga are great in containers.
They have a compact habit and will finish quickly allowing mul-
tiple turns in a season. They are disease resistant and
drought tolerant. Finished height for JoeJoe is 12” to 15” and
Kanga is 17”to 20”.

BEGONIA REX’S
Begonia Bewitched
This was unveiled at the California Trials this year.
Bewitched is a very uniform series and has a fast crop time compared
to the traditional Rex Begonias. This series has a beautiful cut leaf
with strong branching that fills a pot quickly. Great for shady spots
outdoors or will last for years indoors. As with all Begonia Rex’s,
Bewitched will sell in a 26 cell container.
