A professional colourist committed to career development who is: œœ passionate about their career and will remain loyal to their salon of employment for the duration of the program œœ currently is an employee or owner of a L’Oréal Professionnel salon on a permanent basis and willing to share new skills, knowledge and experience with their salon team œœ a full stockist successfully using and selling L’Oreal Professionnel styling, colour and care ranges œœ willing to represent L’Oréal Professionnel in a professional and ethical way as an experienced hairdresser with a minimum of 5 years full-time hairdressing experience What is the ID Artist program? œœ internationally recognised 2 year talent development program œœ focussed on colouring skills œœ knowledge and skill building via core funded activities, optional self-funded activities and personal projects œœ exclusive training with L’Oréal Professionnel ambassadors, award-winning hairdressers and industry icons fer yo u? ID ARTIST AUDITION SUBMISSION PACK FOR 2017/2018 TEAM L’Oréal Professionnel Commitm ent œœ L’Oréal Professionnel support and training provided by ambassadors, education team and industry icons œœ provision of backstage experience at colour related and industry events sponsored by L’Oréal Professionnel œœ involvement in L’Oréal Professionnel creative and conceptual workshops for colour oriented topics œœ access to L’Oréal Professionnel education and talent network and invitations to assist and learn from L’Oréal Professionnel Ambassadors Salon Commitm ent œœ agreement of your employer to allow candidates making it through to an audition, to attend a 1 day audition in either Sydney or Melbourne œœ agreement of your employer to allow successful ID Artist candidate to attend the core program (minimum of 5 days per year for the 2 year period) œœ encourage successful ID Artist candidates to attend the optional programs and participate in L’Oréal Professionnel education, training, and industry events in parallel to their core program œœ willing to enter into contractual agreement with L’Oréal Professionnel to be a full stockist of key colouring, styling and retail ranges, which is mandatory for successful ID Artist candidates epted Yo ur Commitm ent if successfully acc into the ID Artist program œœ full commitment to the 2 year program œœ complete all L’Oréal Professionnel STAR PATH colour certifications within the ID ARTIST 2 year time frame œœ successful ID Artist Colourist candidates must have completed or be willing to complete L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Degree program within year 1 of the ID Artist program œœ minimum of 5 development days per year in 2017 / 2018 œœ represent your employer and L’Oreal Professionnel and comply with media, social media and brand guidelines œœ understand and agree that L’Oréal Professionnel has the right to terminate the agreement if the ID Artist leaves their employer to join another salon during the 2 year period œœ be an employee or owner of a L’Oréal Professionnel salon PAGE 2

Applications are open to all L’Oréal Professionnel resident Australian hairdressers currently working full-time in a L’Oréal Professionnel salon, who have a minimum of 5 years hairdressing experience. Certificates of completion in all L’Oréal Professionnel Essential Education is mandatory. Note: You may be asked for proof of identity and that you are licensed. How to apply? ID Artist Audition Submission Pack consists of 4 parts. Please download this submission form to complete the following: Complete and submit parts 1, 2, 3 and 4. PART 1) Personal details PART 2) Application question PART 3) Information that will form your Professional Profile PART 4) Sign disclaimer L’Oréal Professionnel requires all information in the following formats: œ typed submission (NOTE: No hand written submissions will be accepted) œ all files sent must be saved to include your full name in the file name Mail Submission: œ printed hard copy of submission form and photographs, plus USB containing submission form, photographs and video to be sent by mail to Debbie Biddle œ USB containing files needs to be clearly labelled your name, email and phone contact details Digital Submission: œ email submission form including video link and photographs to Mark Thompson: mark.thompson@loreal.com Photographs submitted must be: œ entirely your own work œ saved as a jpeg file format and saved to include your full name in the file name You can only enter as an individual person (not as a salon team). All entries and photographs will be the property of L’Oréal Australia Pty Ltd and will not be returned to entrants. There is no entry or application fee. ID ARTIST AUDITION SUBMISSION PACK FOR 2017/2018 TEAM Applications open 13 February th and close 24 March 2017 th Email and mail your submission including Part 1, 2, 3 and 4 to: Attention: Mark Thompson - L’Oreal Professionnel ID Artists Submission Address: L’Oréal Professional Products Australia Level 12 564 St Kilda Road Melbourne VIC 3004 Email: mark.thompson@loreal.com Entries that do not arrive by the closing date will not be considered therefore: œœ please take into consideration mailing delays when entering œœ submissions that are not clearly named or are illegible will be eliminated œœ send via registered mail to ensure parcel is trackable in case of non-delivery Selection Process Round 1 – Submission Pack All entries evaluated and a group of state finalists will be selected by Friday 31st March to advance to Round 2 which will be a phone interview before the Round 3 live audition. Round 2 – Phone Interview All state finalists from Round 1 will be contacted by phone to conduct a brief phone interview before the end of April. Successful phone interviewees will be contacted to advance to Round 3 live audition. Round 3 – Live Audition All state finalists who successfully progress through the Round 2 phone interview will be invited to a 1 day live audition in April 2017. Only successful applicants will be notified. Successful state finalists will be provided with full details of what is required for the live audition process. Audition process commences nationally in April 2017 with successful ID Artist team members being officially announced by the end of April 2017. PAGE 4
