The Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) is pleased to present the 14th
Annual ACSL Strata Law Conference to be held in Auckland, New Zealand at the
Pullman Hotel.
ACSL has produced an energetic program with a strong focus on the latest trends,
current challenges and forecasts for the future of the strata law sector. As well
as hearing from a full suite of industry recognised expert speakers delegates will
have the opportunity to voice their views and concerns and interact with other
delegates in a relaxed and collegiate atmosphere. ACSL Conference Committee

fundamental one day can prove less than fundamental the next.
This session will examine a number of cases on so-called fundamentals, highlighting the
difficulties that reference to these fundamentals can create. It will show that a more nuanced
