10G Ethernet SFP+ Transceiver (40 km) LBB-SFP+ 10G-40CD-55 Lindsay Broadband's LBB-SFP+ 10G-40CD-55 small form-factor pluggable plus (SFP+) 10G Ethernet transceiver is intended for 40 km reach service from 8.5 to 10.5 Gbps, 1550 nm, single- mode high-speed communications equipment where affordability, extraordinary performance, and reliability are essential. It consumes low power, operates from a 3.3 VDC power supply, and is offered in the commercial temperature range. The low jitter and low bit error rate optical assembly features a 1550 nm EML laser transmitter and PIN/TIA receiver. It incorporates the SFP+ MSA LVTTL Loss of Signal (RX_LOS), TX Fault, MOD_ABS and TX Disable monitor and LBB-SFP+ 10G-40CD-55 control functions. The differential AC coupled TX and RX data interfaces are CML compatible. (top view) This SFP meets IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-ER/EW, SFF-8431 and SFF-8432 requirements and is Class I laser safety compliant.
