Minority Mental Health
          Resources
In July, The Denver Foundation marked Minority Mental Health
Month (aka BIPOC Mental Health Month) by sharing a range of
resources, with an emphasis on supporting those who have
been disproportionately affected by systemic oppression
resulting in health disparities. While mental health conditions
do not discriminate based on race, color, gender, or identity,
one’s background and identity can make access to mental
             health treatment much more difficult.

        COVID 19 Vaccination Info
Anyone over 12 is now eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

https://covid19.colorado.gov/coloradocomebackcash

If you’re vaccinated against COVID-19, you could win
$1 million.

These safe, effective, and life-saving vaccines could give you
the opportunity to win $1 million. If you’re vaccinated, you’re
automatically entered to win.

As part of this public health initiative, the Colorado Lottery
will conduct a random weekly drawing on behalf of the
Colorado Department of Health & Environment to identify one
vaccinated Colorado resident each week to win a million-
dollar cash prize. All Colorado residents age 18 and older who
have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, as
determined by eligibility rules, are automatically entered into
the drawing.
Your weekly update on what is going on in our community!
Drawings for $1M will be held each week for five weeks,
beginning next week and ending with the final announcement
on July 7. The drawing will be based on the vaccine records
contained in the Colorado Immunization Information System
(CIIS) at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Standard Time the Tuesday
night before the drawing. It can take a few days for the
information to be entered into CIIS, so you should try to get
vaccinated as far in advance of the drawing as possible. The
last day to qualify is June 30. The winner of each drawing will
be announced on June 4, June 11, June 18, June 25, and July 7.

This summer, help power the comeback. Get your COVID-19
vaccine at a location near you today.

To find a location to schedule a vaccine click on
https://www.vaccinespotter.org/CO/ or call 1-877-CO VAX CO
(1-877-268-2926). Beginning the week of May 3, the 1-877-
COVAXCO call center will be able to register individuals for an
in-home vaccination if they are unable to make it to a
community-based clinic. A caregiver, family member, friend,
or the individual themselves will be able register for an in-
home vaccine through the call center. They simply need to
call the above number and indicate that they, or a loved one,
needs an in-home vaccination and provide the necessary
information to the individual.
