YOUR PLACE 2021 We are delighted you are joining Cambridge Regional College. This booklet contains all the information you need to start your journey with us!
Your Place • 2021 Welcome FROM THE PRINCIPAL I would like to offer you a very warm welcome to Cambridge Regional College. I am delighted that you have chosen to develop your learning and skills with us, and that you will be trusting CRC with helping you to achieve your plans and dreams. This is an important choice, and I believe that you have made an excellent decision. Cambridge Regional College is an award winning college. In 2020 we achieved national TES recognition for our support for students, and in 2019 we were identified by FE Week as one of the top 10 colleges in the country. We were recently identified as a best practice case study for the way that we supported students through the Covid pandemic and ensured that learning continued safely and effectively throughout that very difficult time. We are very pleased that 96% of our students would recommend the college, and that so many of our students go on to develop a really great career. Many students go to university after studying with us, many choose apprenticeships, and many start and develop their careers through the learning and qualifications they gained at CRC. Whatever your plans, we will do everything that we can to ensure that your time at CRC is happy, successful, and prepares you well for your next steps in achieving your own great career. We are looking forward with hope and optimism to the start of our new college year, and to an exciting and successful time ahead. We are delighted that you will be joining us. Welcome to Cambridge Regional College. Mark Robertson Principal & Chief Executive Cambridge Regional College
