MOVING IN Service charge Our service charges may increase each year in line with inflation however by law, they are charged on a cost-recovery basis only. Which means you will have peace of mind knowing your service charge is contributing to council rates, water charges, building insurance and the maintenance of your home and garden. Change-of-mind assurance Feel free to change your mind and we’ll refund your deposit within the 21-day cooling-off period from the date you sign the contract. If you decide to move out within the first 90 days of the settlement date, we’ll refund your entry payment less any accrued service fees and a pro rata rental fee for your time in the community. 22
