History meets the present
You can now enjoy exclusive celebrations and an extraordinary atmosphere in a space in
which bakers were working hard in 1874. The former garrison bakery was transformed into a
modern 4-star hotel and opened its doors in May 1996.
The hotel now offers 179 newly renovated non-smoking rooms, which are ideal for an over-
night stay in Ludwigsburg. Only a few metres down Königsallee you will find the Ludwigsburg
Residential Palace with the Blooming Baroque and the fairy-tale garden - a great place to
stop off during your stay.
9 event rooms of various sizes are available for conferences, meetings and celebrations. The
largest event room, previously the old bakehouse of the former garrison bakery, offers space
for up to 250 people and can be divided up into three separate sections. All the event rooms
feature state-of-the-art conference technology, Wi-Fi, natural light and air conditioning.
The restaurant, winter garden, bar and sun terrace are inviting spaces in which to enjoy good
food and unwind.

OUR WINTER GARDEN
In the winter garden, which is flooded with light, we prepare our regional and international cuisine for you
using seasonal products. Our service team will offer you the wines that go perfectly with the food in accordance
with our motto of “personality is our strength”.
If we have availability, we will be happy to reserve you a table for up to 16 people for your company party or
celebratory lunch or dinner with family and friends.
We have some menu suggestions or a small selection menu available, which we would be happy to send you on
request.
OUR BAR
You can relax at our bar with a beer, a glass of good wine or a refreshing cocktail with colleagues after a long
day. You can choose a quick snack from our bar snack menu.
OUR RESTAURANT
Our restaurant seats 130 people in the atmospheric space of the old garrison bakery and offers a reminder of
times gone by thanks to selected details.
As well as lunch and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant also provides the perfect space for our
Sunday brunch, coffee and cake and celebrations of all kinds.

note that this amount will be invoiced in all cases.
