                      BY PLANE
                      The easiest way to arrive in Samui is to land at Bangkok
                      Suvarnhabumi Airport, one of the largest international airports
                      in Southeast Asia and regional hub for aviation.

                      You will then take a connecting flight to Samui, only 65 minutes
                      flight from Bangkok.

                      There are daily flights from all major European and American
                      cities to Bangkok. You can also choose to land at Singapore,
                      Hong Kong or Kuala Lumpur and take a connecting flight to
                      Samui.

                      Koh Samui International Airport holds the crown as the most
KO H S A MU I         beautiful and best designed international airport. It is privately
                      owned and operated by Bangkok Airways.

                      International direct flights to Samui from:
                      Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Guangzhou, Kunming,

                     Thailand is at the top of the world ranking for controlling the Covid
                     crisis.

                     Even in an Asian continent less affected by Covid-19 than Europe and
                     the United States, Thailand is an exception with just 87 deaths since the
                     crisis began more than a year ago.

                     Each traveler currently wishing to visit the country must complete a
                     15-day quarantine in a state-certified hotel after obtaining a Certificate
                     of Entry (COE) issued by the Thai Embassy in the country of departure.

                     After landing in Bangkok or Phuket, it is possible to do this quarantine in
                     a very wide selection of hotels ranging from entry level to 5 stars.

                     The government plans to shorten the quarantine to 7 days in the com-
                     ing months for travelers with a vaccination passport while an action

               Owners who participate in this program receive an income, based on the rental price of their
                      villa, with Pacific Palisade management taking care of the whole stewardship
                               (advertising, guests relationship, check in and out, cleaning…).

                       Expected return on investment ranges from 5% to 13% depending on occupation.

  Under current Thai law, freehold ownership is only available
to Thai nationals or Thai registered companies.

  Leasehold scheme consists of a series of 3 x 30 year leases,
totalling 90 years.

especially the setting up of a Thai company to purchase land.

TAXATION
  0% Inheritance Tax on declared total assets below 2.6 M€ / 3.1 M€

   Income Tax of 0 to 35% (progressive rate) on annual income
