            Women at the Wheel
            May round-up

            #MentalHealthAwareness
May’s event during Mental Health Awareness Week
proved to be a huge success. WatW hosted Momentum
for a session focused on the transformational change we
can achieve if we decide to refresh our paradigms for
our own mental health, as well as the health of our
            organisations and our society.

Ashley Bookman from Momentum challenged us to
look at the assumptions we all make in our daily lives
and ask: how can we better appreciate ourselves?
One attendee shared with us the next day, “This
morning I've arrived at work with a positive and
determined mindset, I can and will succeed!” Women
at the Wheel founder Sarah Noble adds “it’s making me
strive to be much stronger at gratitude, to myself and
            others”.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Warwickshire!
