EXERCISE YOUR BRAIN AND BODY We need to exercise BOTH our brains and our bodies and feed ourselves properly. We feel younger whenever we learn something new because we are exercising our brain. This can be playing bridge, learning Spanish or learning choreography and beginning to eat well. If we want to feel younger, we need six days a week of physical exercise, even into our 80s. We do not need 6 days of hard exercise, but we do need to do something, even a walk or a yoga class. SIX days a week, do something for your body and your brain!
