REGULAR RED 1. Shoo y Shiraz 2019 South Australia A bright crimson wine. On the nose, pleasing aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and baking spices. Juicy red and black fruits carry across to the clean, bright palate and give way to layers of anise, black pepper and dried earth notes. The nish is lengthy and ends as bright and fresh as it begins. On the palate, the tannins are mouthcoating throughout a sip, however they are softened by the oak aging regimen that this wine sees.
