backdrop for pictures which will leave you memories to last a life time
Each of our venues have been chosen specifically for privacy to the wedding
couple and guests of the day. Each venue is a place where nothing matters but
what is happening at that special moment in joining hands to become one.
Royal Beach Ceremony/Reception Venue
*This venue is located on a hard surface floor overlooking the Mediterranean seas. We can accommodate maximum of 120 persons on this venue.

*Seats max 35 persons

Should the couple wish to hold just the wedding ceremony venue the fee will be €800.
This is with no meals/drinks included.
Should the couple wish to hold the wedding ceremony venue and the reception/party
venue the fee will be €400. This option is for the couple to purchase the chosen menu
from below.

Room View Upgrade/Late Check Out
Should you book your wedding ceremony and reception venue at The Dome Beach
Hotel we will endeavor to offer the couple a room view upgrade for the duration of the
stay. Late checkout will be 18.00hrs. Please note both are subject to availability.
Champagne Breakfast
Couples who hold their wedding ceremony and reception party in the The Dome Beach
Hotel (or other Tsokkos hotel) will receive a complimentary champagne breakfast in the
room the morning after the wedding. On arrival at the hotel the wedding coordinator
will arrange this in the welcome meeting.
Candlelit Dinner
Couples who have held their wedding ceremony and reception party at the The Dome
Beach Hotel (or other Tsokkos hotel) will receive a complimentary candlelit dinner the
night before departure to enhance your special time within the hotel. Should you not
wish this the night before departures please inform the wedding planner, who will
arrange your chosen date and time.
We want to be a part of your
big daydream wedding plan Submit an email with both full names, a chosen date and your wedding planner will confirm availability. A non-refundable deposit payment of €200.00 is required within 8 weeks to secure your booking. When your wedding date is confirmed your wedding planner will book in your packages and any suppliers you wish to have on the day. Please note only authorised suppliers are permitted on hotel premises. The following are the fees paid directly to the Town Hall on the day we take you to complete the necessary legal paperwork. Please check with your wedding planner the necessary documentation required as this is dependent on nationality and marital status. Application and Marriage Ceremony Monday-Friday up to 17:00 €482 Application and Marriage Ceremony Monday-Friday 17:00-18:30 €532 Application and Marriage Ceremony Saturdays up to 14:00 €732 Please note: Should you wish to get married on the actual beach there is an extra €100 payable on the above marriage application / marriage officer fees. Certified Marriage Certificate €14.00 In November of the year prior to your wedding please email your wedding planner with your arrival date and approximate number of guests. 14 days prior to arrival in resort please confirm with your wedding planner your guest numbers and menu choice. On arrival at the hotel you will receive a welcome information booklet with a letter informing you of your welcome meeting time. Please have all documents/seating plans with you in the welcome meeting. At the welcome meeting your account sheet will be finalised and payment is made at this time. Any questions you may have at any time please email your wedding planner, we are all here to help you have the most amazing special day.

For couples wishing a specialized wedding cake, please note this can be ordered on extra fee,
depending on the size of the cake/tiers. If possible, please send any pictures you may have of
the design you wish.
For any couples wishing that something slightly different we can order from our fantastic
supplier. Pictures can be sent on request.

Our expert supplier can light up your venue with themed fairy lights, chandeliers and special
lighting for a romantic glamorous ambiance with a tailor made package.
For couples wishing to add some elegant touches on the ceremony and reception tables we have
a full decoration brochure upon request.

To make your day extra special we have a team of associates with proven track records, our suppliers
are all reliable professionals who have the knowledge of our venues to offer
advice regarding placement and timings of the extras touches to make your day
more special. External suppliers are not permitted to enter the hotel. All services required for the
wedding must be booked through the hotel coordinator.
Our Open Top Wedding Bus is a fun memorable addition to your day or private vintage cars to enjoy
some alone time as newlyweds.
For the wedding party who is looking for the dream day to end with a bang then we suggest you
book one of our English-speaking DJ’s who ensure you have the best ending to the perfect day.
To add glamour and atmosphere light up dance floors, light up wedding letters, themed up lighting
for that extra sparkle for your reception. Cold fireworks to make your entrance or first dance extra
special.
A great fun addition is the Photo Booth for fun memories of your day.
For the less party atmosphere, you can hire a speaker and play your own music via relevant
connections.
For the subtle evening, you could have a singer who will liaise with you prior to arrival on the choice
of songs you wish.
A Saxophone player will provide a classy background to add to your day.
Those wishing for some local entertainment can enjoy professional Cypriot Dancers, a
big crowd pleaser and a taste of Cyprus tradition.
To entertain children, we have bouncy castles and garden games, also a Wedding Ice Cream Cart is a
great addition to your day for young and old.

Our professional hair stylists and make up team will liaise with the wedding party prior to
arrival in the hotel making sure your details are noted.
Our resident hair stylists have been completing wedding hair for many years and love to make
all brides look radiant on the special day. Some brides feel nervous booking a hairdresser they
have never met prior so with our team we have ensured you have control by liaising directly to
our hair stylists. This we find eases many issues for the wedding party.
*Please note that we do not allow outside hairdressers/make up artists in the hotel rooms,
should you wish to choose a different supplier you will have to make the visit to their salon.

You will prepare specific photograph information prior to arrival so our talented photographers can capture your magical pictures. With breath taking views, our photographers will capture the idyllic memories of your dream day. We have on offer a variation of packages as below: 1. half day usb – All pictures will be placed on USB ready for you to take home. This package will include location shots for the happy couple offering special personal pictures. This package costs €520. 2. full day usb – The couple will choose the time for the photographer to commence for example hair salon coverage. A great package covering everything of your special day. This package costs €975 [basic enhancement to all pictures]. 3. ruby package – This package includes a storybook album size 20cm x 20cm and 40 fully enhanced images [you will choose from the proofs]. Location shots included. Proofs will be included with this package. This package costs €715. 4. emerald package – This package includes a storybook album with 50 pictures enhanced images [you will choose from the proofs] Locations shots included. Part of the coverage can include sunset pictures as one of the locations. The disc with all images of the day included. This package costs €1170. 5. diamond package – The couple choosing the time for commencement. The package will have the ultimate dream coverage with a digital storybook of 70 enhanced pictures included. Imagine a story book with the story of your special day to show friends. All proofs included and disc/s with all images. Sunset shots are included. This package costs €1450.
6. trash the dress – This is great fun for couples as they get to be ‘silly’ in photographs
and go in the actual sea with the photographer’s. We do suggest the bride’s purchases a
cheaper dress to complete this. Coverage will include the couple going in the sea, laying in the
sand, jumping in the water etc. Great pictures to show friend when home. This package costs
€325.
7. added on – Should any couples choose packages 1, 2, 3 to add on sunset pictures will be
an extra €250.
8. half day dvd – This package offers you a stunning video of your special day. Extra clips
will be included on the footage. This package costs €500.
9. full day dvd – This package offers you the chance to show friends at home all that
occurred on your dream day. From capturing the great fun in the hair salon to sunset/first
dance. This package is a great way to look back on your dream day for years to come. This
package costs €990.
Couples please note all our photographers have being chosen for their excellence in working
with weddings, capturing special moments and making sure couples are relaxed during the
day. You will have personal contact with the photographer leaving you in control of the
coverage of your day. Therefore, our photographers are in such high demand.

We can offer to book your rooms directly and place any special requests on the relevant
bookings. One of our team in head office will assist you all the way through the booking
process and send relevant receipts for any payments made.
We can ensure the wedding party have priority over many guests booking via a travel agent
by the couple liaising with our reservations department directly.
