Overview Our vision for this website is to create a casual, but professional appearance throughout. The site will be easy for any persons technical knowledge to navigate the site, find the correct information and make the relevant bookings via an online booking system* This website will be developed and tested to be viewed and funtion perfectly on desktop computers, tablet and mobile devices which is important for todays users. We primarily use Wordpress®as a Content Management System for the websites we build. Wordpress is simple you you to update yoursites content and be assured of for informations security. We will be fully customised the sites layout and look to best represent your business - unique and one of a kind with elements of the site developed in our graphic design sector be used in your site will give it the ‘wow’ factor. This estimate will incorporate the following SITE SPECIFIC development: ■ The website includes a scrolling home page with simple quick links to the most important information ■ The intro/welcome section will include a full width video with industry related imagery an some inviting, keyword rich, text on the left-hand side. Additionally two buttons which lead to the courses section and booking page. ■ The home page content will include; a company description, quick links to coursed and booking links. ■ Internal or ‘training’ pages will have a standard layout including; course information, imagery, booking links and list of upcoming courses (managed through the booking system* - Note: these may also have an enquiry if there are no current courses up-coming) ■ The contact page will have all general contact information, location map, social media links (if required/relevant) and an enquiry form. ■ We will perform general search engine optimisation (SEO), add keywords, meta and alt tags to enhance your sites position in search engine ranking. ■ Install Google analytics so you can check your web sites progress and visitor numbers. ■ Training will be given for your sites functionality so going forward so you can manage your sites content, courses and bookings. ■ Adding all supplied text and imagery content for the courses descriptions, pages and general site content. ■ Secure Socket Level Certificate (SSL) creates an encrypted connection between the users web browser and the web server. This ensures security of your data and assists with search engine ranking. ■ General check and testing of the entire site before going live. Also a comprehensive site launch checklist to make sure your site is functioning and performaing it’s best for launch.

Development for mobile and tablet devices ■ Develop, configure and customise CMS (Content Management System) for managing content within your website ■ Add website content, copy and imagery ■ SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) - Google site submission, security settings, SSL certificate, stats scripts ■ Site proofing, debugging, testing and complete site launch checklist ■ Personal training on usage of website LOG DESIGN ■ Create a memorable logo that will stand out form your opposition and give the company a confident, trustworthy feel. The logo will be inkeeping with your industry genre. We have some ideas already for this logo, but a quick catchup or further discussion may be required to fine-tune ideas. Logo Design: $550.00 to $650.00 Web Design: $2529.00 to $3025.00 Estimate Accepted (date): ___________________ Client Signature: _______________________________________________________________________ Acceptance of this estimate deems you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions (www.aboutimage.co.nz/terms). All pricing is GST exclusive and is fixed for a period of thirty days from the date of this estimate. Upon Acceptance, 50% of the estimate will be invoiced. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid on the supply of a the final online-proof. This online-proof is for you to check and critique before the site goes live. Any variations to the estimate will be charged at monthly intervals at a rate of $110 per hour.
Domain & Web Hosting If you don’t already have domain and webhosting solutions we can provide the full package. Domain Name $49.95 per annum The domain name is an annual fee to secure your website address. Website Hosting from $360.00 per annum A fee to lease space on our dedicated web server which allows your website to be available to the public. Pricing will be determined by the overall and projected size of your site. HOSTING + DOMAIN NAME - Annual Fees FEE ■ Domain name per annum (www.domainname.co.nz) - If required $49.95 ■ Web hosting per annum - If required $360.00 ■ Email address associated to your domain name POA Additional Options FEE ■ Stock Photos - Enquire for accurate quote POA ■ Professional Photography - Enquire for accurate quote $200 per hour
Web Process Initial Meeting A free consultation to establish the requirements and parameters of the web site. How it relates to the operational side of your business. Identify key areas, page titles and products. Suggestions will be made to achieve the above. Estimate A written estimate will be provided based on the information gathered and options chosen during the initial meeting. This will include a description of the elements contained in the site, hosting and domain name options. The pricing is an estimate only and based on the supply of your accurate information for the web site in a timely manner. Scheduling Confirm a start date and proposed time line. Information Gathering You will be provided with a list of information required i.e text, logos, images etc so that design can begin. Design Creation of the look and functionality of the site. You will be provided with a demo version to either sign off the overall design or make alterations. Construction Coding is developed to provide a functioning site, insertion of text, images and any special requirements such as shopping carts etc. Configuration of functionality. Sign Off Final sign off by you regarding the look, functionality and accuracy of the site. SEO and Site Testing Keywords and descriptions will be inserted in the code to enable search engines to find your site easily. The site is tested for functionality and hosting is provided. Training If your site includes a content management system, instructions will be provided up to one hour. If one on one assistance is required over 1 hour ,this will be charged at $110 per hour or part thereof. Deployment Once a final check has been done, the site will be loaded onto the internet and will then “go live” NOTE: General on going web design will be charged at $110 per hour for addition and alterations outside the CMS sections of your site and after your site goes live on the internet.
