STEP INTO THE FUTURE Nature, Fashion & Fair…the maxim of ! These guiding principles are firmly anchored in how we see ourselves, how we behave towards people and how we live our brand day after day. And without losing sight of our focus on sustainability and ecology. Sustainability & Responsibility...the focus of our brand! We are aware of our social responsibility towards our environment, animals and fair working conditions, and towards the people we work with every day and have been working with for many years. For us, fairness and respect are matters close to our hearts. That’s why we work painstakingly and very closely with our responsible partners around the world in an effort to do our part. We see the issue of sustainability as an ongoing process. Our work on this important issue is based on our values. For us, sustainability today is in harmony with fashion trends, beautiful worlds of colour and our feminine, wearable fashion.

...takes responsibility! Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) The Global Organic Textile Standard is a standard applied worldwide for the processing of textiles made of biologically produced natural fibres, and is therefore an important seal. It defines environmental requirements along the entire textile production chain, as well as social criteria. Senatex GmbH has applied for the GOTS certificate and is currently in the certification process with an independent institute.

...works with responsible partners! We stand for transparency in our production cycle and we therefore support the “I made your clothes” initiative. We take full responsibility for our production chain. That means that we know all of the producers involved, from the raw material supplier to the weaving mill, yarn spinning mill and dyeing mill, and from the print shop to the sewing company. This is only possible because we have for many years pursued a strategy of long-term, fair and collaborative partnership with a small number of producers.
For us, it is important that fashion is produced in fair and decent working conditions and that the social standards we have defined are adhered to. By this we mean no forced or child labour, and the freedom of assembly and right to collective bargaining, as well as the payment of a living wage, reasonable working hours and safe and healthy working conditions. “Made in Europe” For the 2021 summer season, Senatex GmbH will produce the first GOTS-certified items in Portugal.
