The RACV Club is a place that’s close to home and the program, particularly with someone like Dave, helps me stay active; it’s part of my routine. I’ve always exercised but I don’t think, even in my 20s, that I had six or seven years of regular SYSTEM exercise, outside of playing sport in my younger years. DAVE: Another important part of personal training is being there when the boys start moving those heavy weights. It is easy to psych yourself out of those big lifts.
