N The Offering Stan Johnson Company is pleased to offer for sale to qualified investors, the opportunity to purchase a 100% fee-simple interest in the Walgreens property located at 5730 W. Dempster Street in Morton Grove, Illinois (the “Property”). Located just 13 miles north of “The Loop” and 8 miles northeast of O’ Hare Airport, Walgreens recently signaled strong confidence in and a commitment to the store by signing a new 8-year lease extension. The Property is located on an urban infill and high trafficked retail corridor with traffic of approximately 42,089 VPD along Dempster Street.
